Waited an hour and 20 minutes and had not been seen. I gave up. Dr. Shete is very inconsiderate of her patient’s time. I then waited 15 minutes while the receptionist tried to learn how to process a refund for an HSA debit card. The receptionist explained that this is a specialist’s clinic and that wait times are long. I, like everyone, have been to a specialist’s clinic. But most often they are more considerate of patients’s time. Also, you are not told when you make the appointment that there will be very long wait times, but there is a sign in the office alerts you to this. “Oh well, I said to the receptionist, “the good thing is I’m opening up time so the next patient won’t have to wait so long.” “They’ll still have to wait,” she said, “they’re a new patient.” ? I just let it go and left. I won’t be back. Is someone who is so inconsiderate a caring physician?

Waste of money and the issue still exists. I was supposed to get appointment for hearing session and didn't get any but just get calls to make a payment.

After going to 3 ENT’s, one Gastro dr, and a neurologist, all who missed my cancer and passed it off as acid reflux, Dr. Shete did exploratory surgery and found it. She saved my life!! It had already been growing in a very dangerous place (esophagus). I’m so thankful for her knowledge, compassion and willingness to try to go further to find the problem!!

Office is dingy and dirty. Waited 2 hours to be seen. She examined me for 5 minutes. Put a light up my nose and considered that a surgical expense! No remedies or results. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DOCTOR. This place is a joke for the medical society!!!!

This doctor is all about getting her money. She over books her appointments and her explanation to me was it is because some patients don't show up. You will wait 2 hours in the waiting room for a 2 minute visit.

I had one of my parathyroid removed. She was very detailed and thorough. She was very kind and the staff at the hospital love her. I will update this review in a few weeks. The only thing different is I wish the pre opp things were taken care of more professional. I was always called at the last minute to take this test or have bloodwork done. I am grateful that In my profession, I have the flexibility to so that.

Dr. Shete diagnosed me as having a Thyroglossal Cyst. Her bedside manner was excellent, she explained clearly so I could understand. Her staff was kind and professional. She was on time day of surgery. She checked on me before and after made me completely comfortable. Incision was beautiful,tastefully done

Unprofessional! Rude and a total waste of time! Dr.Mona Shete is a wonderful, professional, and straight to the point doctor. I have been suffering from a constant sore throat and tonsillitis for over a year which started from strep. Recently, I got a tonsillectomy done and I was so afraid due to the many horrific recovery stories especially for adults. Well let me tell you, because of the technique that Dr.Mona Shete uses for the procedure I had minimal pain. On a scale to 1-10, most days my pain was a level 3 and the highest it gotten was a 6 for 2 days out of my 10 day recovery. This is a surgery, so of course there will be pain. However, I thank Dr.Mona Shete for an easy recovery and taking great care of me. If you need an ENT, please go see her....
