Nathan Johnson's Online Review Report Card

He is very thorough with your health history and he really tries to find a solution that takes into account everything that is going on with your health. He asks good questions so you know he is really thinking about what you are saying. I wish I had started seeing him sooner. He would have caught my worst issue earlier and saved me from several surgeries. Also he doesn't mansplain or disregard what you say. That shouldn't be such a big deal but it is. He is patient enough to get through a long complicated medical history before he starts making judgements. I can't say enough good things about this guy. My husband, who was also his patient, really liked him too. Me moved away, otherwise he would still be our doctor.

Dr. Johnson was great, and very attentive! However, I am leaving two stars because of how rude the staff are at the location that he is practicing at. I called to seek medical treatment the week of Christmas and was not offered any solutions to be treated except waiting over a week to be seen. I will be changing doctors to find a provider that has nurses on staff that are kind and will provide care ...

I can honestly say that I enjoy going to the doctor now! My previous doctor retired, and I like to joke that Dr. Johnson is a young whippersnapper. :-) He and his whole staff make me feel important like I'm the only patient that they have.

I never made it into see Dr. Johnson, but I had heard great things. This review is primarily for the woman I spoke with on the phone when trying to schedule my first appointment. Seeing a doctor is already somewhat of a difficult and scary thing to do so I believe it is important for those who are dealing with the public to be extremely warm, welcoming, and willing to help. This woman was none of the above. From the first hello she had an annoyed tone to her voice. At one point she said "his first appointment is September 19th" with a slight pause, which led me to ask what times were available. She answered annoyed and harsh with "give me a minute sir!" Overall Dr. Johnson may be an amazing physician, but I will never know because I was so turned off by the woman working the front desk.

I have found Dr. Johnson to be an empathetic and professional physician. He and the staff at his practice are friendly and helpful. While I will always miss my old doctor ( retired ), I am satisfied that Dr. Johnson is an excellent replacement.
