I called in as a new patient and met with resistance from the get go. Either operator answered phone with no headset or was completely distracted. It was like dealing with a NYC operator and the only thing that she did not have was a mouth full of gum smacking at the same time. One horrible experience trying to get in to see an eye doctor. So, I moved on to someone else who has time to be nicer to customers. I could not even gain an appointment until November and when I explained my crucial health concerns with my vision, she declined me outright.

In 2002 Dr Woodlief did cataract surgery with an inter-ocular lens. I have had a great experience, particularly no astigmatism. He is excellent.This was my second such surgery, in 1988 in Montgomery, AL., this procedure (on my other eye) was botched and two repair efforts later I have serious astigmatism, leakage behind the schelera, and because the implant has moved I have significant double vision problems.
