Dr Oswald Thomas is a wonderful Doctor he explains everything to you, and he has a wonderful personality, i love the way he cares about all of his patients and i just started going there less than a year ago, but i would not go to any other Doctor in the city of Memphis, but Doctor Thomas whom ever needs a Primary Care Doctor i will refer Dr Oswald Thomas with the Methodist Group. You will not regret it because he is a great great Doctor!

Dr. Thomas has been my primary care physician for 30+ years. He is a very caring doctor, one who takes time to listen to you in order to correctly diagnose your health problems. His staff is very caring and professional as well.

The Doctors themselves are very good at what they do. It is their office staff that makes the experience horrible. They will nor deal with faxes from insurance companies, they will not speak with your insurance company over the phone to handle issues, and they will talk to you as if being sick is your fault. I love Dr. Thomas but his staff drives away patients. Especially patients under forty.

First time Patient, I was very impressed with Dr. Thomas, Very Personable, Seem to care about me, not just the patient, but the person. I would rate him a 10. Very good bedside manner, Im the type of person that rate the staff and the doctor and overall I rate staff and Dr. Thomas a strong 10.
