List of Pallavi V Rawtani Md's Reviews
Supposed to have an appointment today at 0945. I got at the office at 0925 and the door was locked. I knocked and called the front office several times but on one picked up. The lights appeared to be off. I received a call and text the day prior confirming that my appointment was still on for today. It was a waste of my time and blatant disregard everyone else's who made appointment that day.
When I arrived at my appointment time the office was locked and I could not get in. I called her answering service and informed them that I could not get in. I waited fifteen minutes and after no one opened the door I left the parking lot. I will not try again.
After over a year with dr. Rawtani and her husband the office clerk it has become abundantly clear that their practice is first and foremost a business enterprise and any resemblance to a social good, health care proffessional is purely coincidental. I have not personally been gouged by their practices for more than a few extra co-pays however the general disregard for me as first a patient and then more recently as I have been made to see myself as a customer of this practice have been frustrating. Lack of follow through is a perennial problem in both common communication as well as in fulfillment of expectation. While I have been issued numerous prescriptions that may or may not have been medically helpfu, I suspect they were financially lucrative for dr. Rawtani's business. To cut the rant short, the patient care is better phrased as customer care and it is lacking in customer service.
This doctor is terrible. She ignored all of my issues and just told me to lose weight. When I brought up issues that couldn't be weight related, she shrugged them off and tried to pawn off a prescription. She cares more about getting you out of the office than treating you...if she even did care about treating you. The office is small, has no air conditioning, and is dirty. All you'll do here is waste money. Terrible doctor. Terrible service.
Has been my Doctor since I was age 19. Extremely good Doctor who cares about her patients. When I cut my finger and needed stitches I called her to ask where I should go, she saved me a large ER bill by telling me to come to her office. The wait times are long but she has two locations and patients that have seen her for years.
Dr Rawtani is very dedicated to her patients, she listens to their problems and treats them fairly. I personally adore her
DR. RAWTANI IS A VERY GOOD MD.
Dr. Rawtani: She is somewhat patient, She is good for writing prescriptions and thinks that everyone's issues lies with depression. Sometimes she is very moody. She tends to ignore issues. You have to be repetitive with her. Staff has no maturity when it comes down to medicine. She also has an extremely high medical assistant staff turn over rate. Her husband is the book keeper and he does schedule appointments. It takes a long time for outpatient test scheduling and to get a referral.
Dr. Rawtani is not a doctor that I would recommend or refer to anyone. She does not listen to the patient. Her offIce staff is, less than competent. I waited for 2 weeks for a referral to be sent to another physician before I was finally informed that the referral was never sent to the other doctor. Once it was finally sent out, dr. Rawtani withdrew the referral for unknown reasons. I am scheduled to see her soon... I'm curious to hear her explanation. I would not recommend seeing her.
Wait time is excessively high, longer than an ER visit. Pharmacist needed to verify dosage of medication I was prescribed, and took more than a week to call them to verify. Would NOT recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
