Paul D Neblett Md's Online Review Report Card

I was looking for a new OB/GYN a few months ago and found this wonderful man, Dr Paul Neblett and he made me feel like he has been my doc this whole time. He and his staff are so kind, very helpful and patient with me. I was worried about the results that I received and Amy was very sweet to have taken the time to explain, in detail, what I would need to do going forward. I am very thankful to have found this doctor and staff. I love them.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. A few weeks ago I went in for my glucose test and they completely forgot about me so I had to reschedule it another couple weeks out because it was too late. Well, I get there let them know what time I finished the drink so I could do my glucose test and some time passes by and I realize it’s almost time so I check with them myself this time. They completely forgot about me again and said that they didn’t even have a glucose scheduled but they draw my blood anyways and as I was sitting there getting my blood drawn the nurse was asking me questions on who my doctor was and why I had changed my doctor which I told her I just feel safer having a female doctor due to past trauma and she basically started shaming me and getting mad at me for wanting to change my doctor. In her words “he is like the golden child, why would you change your doctor!?”. In an angry tone. I just apologize and go back out into the waiting room waiting to get my vitals taken and the next nurse who took my vitals had a horrible attitude towards me and I didn’t understand why. After getting my vitals taken I step out into the hallway and sat down for a second because I didn’t feel too well and one of the other nurses came up and got mad that I had sat there and said I could not sit there that I needed to go wait and sit somewhere else in an angry tone. Instead of just calmly asking if I could move somewhere else. I didn’t know I couldn’t sit there. I don’t understand, I have never been treated so horribly at a doctors office. They are very unorganized and made me feel like they don’t care about me or my health at all and their horrible attitudes topped it off. I just left without seeing my doctor in tears because of how upset I was.

Dr. Neblett is amazing!! All the women in my family see him for along time. We has delivered my niece and nephews. Now I'm trying for conceive and I'm less stress about the whole process because I know he will be over my pregnancy and delivering mine as well.

Best OB out there. Works with you, makes you feel comfortable, I had an amazing birthing experience.

Dr. Neblett helped make my first pregnancy so great! From giving me his personal cell for emergencies to walking me through a surprise preclampsia c-section to calling in antibiotics over the weekend for mastitis, he was wonderful from start to finish. We have since moved from Memphis, but he is definitely one of the reasons I would welcome moving back! I am a very anxious person, and he was so patient and reassuring through it all. I started having a panic attack in the OR and he snapped me right out of it. I was healed up and ready to run (literally), 6 weeks after my son's birth. I know there are a lot of factors that contribute to that, but I credit Dr. Neblett with a lot of it. He is a favorite with the women (both doctors and wives of doctors) in our residency program.

Dr. Neblett is one of those rare doctors who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns, answers questions thoroughly, doesn’t talk down to you, and always makes time to see you if you’re having an urgent problem. He delivered both of my girls and I can’t imagine finding a better doctor to oversee my prenatal care as well as delivery. He’s one of the greats.

I have seen Dr. Neblett for years, and he guided me through infertility treatment with my first child. He has since delivered both of my kids, and I’m currently seeing him for my final pregnancy. I had a c-section with both, and with my first, I was so scared and shaking during the epidural/spinal, but he was right beside me helping me stay calm and walking me through all that was happening. He even sang happy birthday (as did the staff in the room) to my babies when they arrived. Additionally, his office staff is so kind and helpful, even on their busiest days. My husband even adores him and the care that I receive from Dr. Neblett and his staff.
