Even though being in the hospital with a love one is not good BUT the staff here made us feel so welcoming!!! We just transitioned from St. Jude to adult care & my son & I didnt know exactly what to expect. We is on the 6th floor & from the Nurses, CNA's, kitchen staff, housekeeping, and the Doctors was absolutely amazing 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 keep up the great work!!!

I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE THE OUTPATIENT PHARMACY LADY BY THE NAME (MS.MONICA) MY BEST REGARDS FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR MY HUSBAND MEDICATION AN LOOKING THERALLY IN HIS CHARTS FOR HIS WARFARIN MEDICATION THAT WE CONSTANTLY WAITED FOR THE DOCTORS APPROVAL,WHICH THEY STILL HAVEN'T YET BUT MS MONICA TO THE TIME OUT HERE DAY TO LOOK DEEPER IN HIS CHARTS TO SEE WAS ANY LEFT ON FILE AN JUST FOR THAT SHE FOUND US ENOUGH TO GET US THREW FOR HIS NEXT APPT.AN THAT MENT ALOT DUE TO REJECTION FROM OTHERS THIS IS NOT HER FIRST TIME GOING THE EXTRA MILE BUT THE DEDICATION THAT SHE HAVE JUST BY OVER THE PHONE GAVE ME SO MUCH HOPE I CAN IMAGINE HOW SHE IS FACE TO FACE I WANNA THANK YOU MS MONICA AN MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YU WITH A OVERFLOW OF BLESSINGS TO HELP OTHERS IN TIMES OF NEED. Thank you so much for what you could do for my Dad. Everyone was so courteous and thoughtful. Really appreciate everyone in the ER, 7th floor Tower, the chaplain service, and ICU. My family will forever be grateful.

The triage staff were patient with people, most of them showed compassion to those waiting but the wait time is unrealistic. Hell i sat so long i started treating myself with the meds i had in my purse!
