Dr Perry Larimer- (practices at the Conrad Pearson Clinic). This dr is an artist. I've had 2 ureteral stents over the years for stones. I couldn't even feel either one of his. Other stents placed by others were painful. He has high expectations of his staff and himself.

I had a terrible experience with Dr Larimer. He gave me an obsolete catheter that was made of rubber and thus difficult to go in. When i told the doctor that i had difficulty using it, he told me to suck it up and just do it. For anybody with difficulty urinating, there are many catheters available in the marketplace, many of them made of sturdy plastic, which makes it a lot easier to use. Beware of Dr Larimer, he seems to be living in the 1960s where there were only catherters made of soft rubber.

Dr Larimer has been taking care of my family since 1981. He has help both my wife and myself regularly during this time. I would never consider looking for another urologist because I don't think I could find a better one than Dr Larimer.

I've been going to Dr. Larimer for over seven years and I highly recommend him to everyone I talk with who is experiencing prostrate trouble. He is always courteous, explain in detail and language that patients understand, takes his time, and when confronted with a serious situation, such as cancer, he is caring, kind, and considerate. I had prostrate surgery seven years ago and thankfully he was able to provide my wife and I with a wonderful report. I trust him completely and have found his advice to be correct concerning all issues. If you are in need of a doctor who cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Larimer.

Has bad bedside manners and on my first visit I was told I would need to deal with the pressure. I went in for my CT scan and some test that they take a camera inside your bladder. He was late for and had 2 other procedures after me. I went for my CT scan and than waited for him for the results. He told me there was no cancer but I had stones in my kidney. Than he told me he did have an answer for everything i just paid out 1k for that answer. He told me the sensation will go away give it time but only gave me some samples for 2 21/2 days to help relax my bladder. Was also told that if I was still having problems he will revisit it in 6 to 7 weeks. I felt like he rushed me and did not really have any compassion for me whats so ever.

I have been on testosterone for 20 years. I moved back to Tennessee and I go to Doctor Larimer and he does a HCT to check thickness of your blood. My HCT came back at 51 and he says it's to thick to get testosterone so he wants be to stay off for 3 months. But I went back and looked at my pass test results and the range for HCT is 40-53 so my results are within a normal range but the doctor has his own range and he apparently knows more than all these other doctors! So I give him an F if you have LT don't see him. Looking for a new urologist.

Honest, to the point, and puts his patient's health above all else.

My brother had a prostate biopsy done by Dr. Larimer & he was doing it using a "new procedure". He then got a letter saying this doctor didn't do the procedure right & wanted him to come back & have it redone IN HIS OFFICE! He did this VERY RELUCTANTLY he allowed him to go ahead & do the second biopsy!😞 My brother has a VERY HIGH TOLERANCE FOR PAIN & tears were running down the side of his face! All he gave him for pain was 1 Lortab which did him NO GOOD bc he takes Lortab everyday. He said "he didn't know that". Well he should have! He had a copy of his medications! He did it the 2nd time IN HIS OFFICE with no way to have anithesia other that 1 Lortab! My advice for anyone is.... FIND ANYONE OTHER THAN DR. PERRY LARIMER!!!

Dr Larimer is very caring and patient. He explains things thoroughly. He also considers other factors that may be of concern and helps you deal with those as well.

Dr. Larimer is the absolute best!! He always makes sure to put you at ease! He is courteous, professional, and AWESOME at making sure that he answers all of your questions and concerns clearly! JOHNNY H. Memphis, TN
