List of Rachel E Harrison Md's Reviews
Outstanding doctor and even better human being. Dr. Harrison care and attention is second to none. She is truly a blessing for all the veterans she serves at the Washington DCVA.
I'll trust my kidds to her hands
Dr. Harrison is a knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate physician. She is thorough and utilizes evidenced based care practices. She refers to specialists as needed. She is a patient/family centered provider, always involving me with any plans of care. I completely trust her diagnostic skills and treatment plans. She spends as much time as needed during my appointments. Dr. Harrison would not refuse a patient treatment for hypertension or a flu shot as mentioned with the first reviewer. That review was all frivolous nonsense. As an RN for 25 years. I know a great physician when I see one.
Useless. During my appointment with her, she actually declined to give me a needed flu shot..I had no contraindications to receive one. Told her I wanted to stop smoking + nicotine replacement product would be free with my insurance coverage..she refused to that also. I only saw her as my PCP that was in same practice had left + referred me to her as she had few patients. Now I see why. She totally blew off my new onset hypertension, which my new PCP has been treating. Would avoid her like the plague.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
