Just flat out bad.....PERIOD

What great services you provided me. I came to your facility with many needs. After many extractions and dental care I now how a great smile...all thanks to you. The Dentist at your Raleigh Dental office is the best. God bless him for his dedication and prayers. Thanks a million.

Called to make an appointment and was on hold forever so I selected to book a call back. They called back so fast but let it ring half a ring and hung up before i could answer Very slick and disappointing. Im at home from the hospital referred to them and was told to be seen asap because I could have a blocked artery since they couldnt find a blood clot. This is serious stuff not a cold or a sore limb. Im so disappointed and disgusted with what they just did purposefully. Because they didnt call back again so definitely not an accident And of coarse when I call back immediately after they hung up Im called number 20. I can tell you I dont live far and theyre about to hear me today Terrible

Folks Trash Been trying to set up an appointment over an month Then they still will ask do you want to set an appointment knowing all slots are full How Sway

I went ten years with no insurance....Christ Community was my life line..I truly feel in live with you guys...Ive had insurance for about a year now...and really wanted to continue being a patient here...but after today I maybe looking for a new doctor...called to get my annual check up today...just to be told theres no one appointment available...smh....how 8s that possible...thats crazy...so disappeared in you guys its unreal...I had the WORST CONVERSATION ever today with you guys...you have to do better..🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😔😔😔

I just want to share that if you have questions or need to speak with a professional who patient knowledgeable and a person who has a wonderful spirit Dyna who answers the phone is most definitely a service first person. Thank you Dyna for helping me with my mothers appointment and making sure she gets her inhaler.

I feel like whatever is ailing you will either kill you or run it’s course before you lab work comes back.

I hate the wait time here in every department. Medical dental and lab. If you schedule any appointment you still are going to wait a hour before getting called to back and spend 30 more in the back after being called. The doctors are great. Just absolutely hate the wait and unprofessional secretaries. When calling in for appointments to the give you the run a round. Other then that. Christ Community is ok

NO STARS I was pregnant and they took months to see me And they kept rescheduling my appointment for no reason. Now that I switched doctor office my baby is underweight and they are finally seeing my baby. This place is awful.. I had COVID and after i got retested and the results came back negative they werent able to see me until after Christmas or New Years When I am due In March.. Awful place to go when you are pregnant

Didn’t get seen till two hours after my appointment time. And when I tried telling my doctor the issues I had she told me she’s over booked and can only deal with one problem today. I waited 3 hours for half service.
