I never actually got to meet Dr. Taylor personally, but I saw his Dr. Smith, FNP twice and she was nice. The greatest thing I remember is the referral to Dr. Wesley Jones for my first colonoscopy. However, his front desk staff can be rude and unprofessional. Long wait times on phone calls, that's if you ever get to speak to someone. Dr. Ralph Taylor and his staff are excellent. They are professional and courteous. They always welcome their patients as if they are welcoming and old friend. He was originally my grandfather's doctor. Then he became my Mother's doctor. And he has been my doctor for more than 15 years. I also hold his Nurse Practitioners in high regard. And the nurses and clerical staff go out of their way to be polite. Any questions or requests are usually answered in 24 hours or less. Godspeed to all in need.
