Ramon T Ungab Md's Online Review Report Card

My husband was recently seen at this office. The office staff are completely unprofessional. They wear regular street clothes like leggings and sweatshirts while performing medical tasks. Also, my husband was diagnosed with an infection but we had to wait for the results of the test for almost 2 weeks. The results had come back and we were able to view them on quest diagnostic website but the office couldn’t view them because his doctor was out of town. Then after waiting for them to finally prescribe the medication he needed for the infection, they didn’t call in one of the antibiotics. This infection requires a trio of medications to be taken at the same time. I called the office to inform them that the pharmacy hadn’t received one of the antibiotics. They said it would be taken care of. It was never taken care of and my husband has still not been able to start his medication regimen. We started this process in the beginning of May and it is not the middle of June. I called them two more times about the medication and no one has responded. Meanwhile, my husband has been suffering. They are careless and unprofessional.

Though I am, of course, not a medical expert, I wondered if he depends almost exclusively on test results and no personal diagnostics. He didn't even use his stethoscope to listen to my breathing when i went in for an annual check-up.

Every time I come for an appointment there is a VERY LONG wait. Will find a new office.

I absolutely love Dr. Osingco! My husband does too. I have experienced one other doctor and nurse there that seemed a little rude. I hate when he isn’t there because I’m afraid I will get the abrasive doctor. I have seen other doctors there too and they had great bedside manner. Overall, I like this practice from thefront to the back. I would recommend

I saw Dr. Ungab while admitted to Methodist North Hospital. I felt like I was important. He spoke with me and didn't appear to be rushed. He shared that he would be off and that a Dr. by the name of Dr. Jackson would be in to see me. I did NOT care for him. Trying to find his first name so I can look him up on the computer.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ungab for 4 years and have had consistently poor experiences with him. I have had to wait for no less than 2 hours for every single (scheduled!!) visit. When I do finally see him, the interactions are very short and are not through at all. His responses often lack any empathy and are not therapeutic. Many of his assumptions regarding my health were in poor taste. The staff here has little regard for your presence as you wait for 2 hours just to see your physician. I will no longer give this clinic my business, as they do not value my health at all.

Dr. Ungab is a good doctor. I've been with him for 20 years. But I'm sick and tired of having to wait two to three hours in the examination room before he checks in on me. I am officially looking for a new physician

First off let me say this is the most uncaring staff, I've ever encountered. Especially the Asian lady in the lab. She's just cold. I came twice for the same issues and the real problems were only caught when I went to another doctor. My urinalysis and blood test were both inaccurate. I felt like he and the nurses weren't really listening. I felt no comfort or ease there. I would have much rather had Verzosa, but he's always booked. Now I know why. I am done with this doctors office. I've found a better more caring and social doctor.
