Very relaxin' atmosphere and not a long wait, maybe 15 minutes after appointment we were to see the doctor. Very nice staff

Scheduled my son an appointment at the Estate location to see why he has frequent ear infections. The wait time was over 2.5 hours. At his visit they noticed he had yet another ear infection. DR. Lazar wrote him a prescription for drops, which he already had at least 4 bottles at home,and scheduled him a follow up a week later at the Kate Bond location. One week later...... We arrive at the appointment ,he checks out his ear and states" everything looks fine.come back if you need me". I said well wait because the whole purpose of seeing an ENT was finding out why he has frequent ear infections. He said well let's do a hearing test and if everything looks good you're good. My child takes the earing test . The nurse then says let me check with the doctor and see if yal are free to go. She comes back and says " yal are free come back if you need us". Exactly 8 minutes after I leave someone calls my phone and says Dr. Lazar wants my son to have more test to make sure he didn't miss anything. I explained to her he had two opportunities to schedule those test when I was in the office. She then tried to blaim it on the lady who administered the earing test . Stating she let us leave when Dr. Lazar wanted to run more test. ALL LIES. I directly asked him what was causing my son ear infections and he said it just happens. I'm so glad I decided to keep the appointment my child's pediatric doctor set up because clearly this man does not have the time. No time for questions no time patients no time for office visits. I guess he only wants to remove tonsils and insert tubes. If he has time?!?!

The front desk lady does not know what she is doing!! Wish I could do negative stars. In the middle of a pandemic supposed to have a mask on this lady walked up to the desk like it’s 2017!! Big sign says no eating smacking on something. Control your office! Will never recommend

Never got to see Dr. Lazar. Made 2 appointments, arrived for first had a 2 hour wait. Yesterday I arrived at 3:05 for a 3:15; had 14 people ahead of me. Heard he is a great doctor but wait time too long for me.

If I could give zero stars I would! He is very inconsiderate! Don't look like he care to help my son...it's like a okay whatever vibe from him and I will not be back!!!
