My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Pandya’s for 22 years. She performed eye surgery on her when she was 10 months old and is such a great knowledgeable Dr.

I just can’t say enough good things about my whole experience with Dr Lipman and her staff. I was referred to her for eye surgery and things couldn’t have gone any easier. Dr Lipman is very nice, very professional and explained the procedure to me. Her staff were friendly, and appointments were scheduled with ease with very little waiting upon arrival. I highly recommend Dr Lipman!

Doctor is OK, but the billing system seems ship-shod and questionable, even inadequate, maybe even dishonest. "Your insurance doesn't cover this," (when they certainly do), bill me personally, then when paid by the insurance company, having to call and request my refund. Just seems lacking in integrity.

Very rude optical women on southaven i didnt understand the policy with my 2 years glasses and she got tired of trying to explain and told me" she just couldnt do this today she couldnt " i voiced to her how rude that was !!

Although we like Dr. Pandya-Lipman, her office staff is terrible and their billing practices unreasonable. They collect all money upfront before filing your insurance, whether you have completed your deductible or whether their charges are in excess of allowed insurance charges. It takes months for a refund.

Overall, we have been pleased with this doctor but the last three times we have called for questions, the person who answers the phone has been nothing but RUDE! Twice I have been hung up on and the other time, I was told, they were too busy and didn't have time to talk to me nor answer any of my questions. Professionalism in a medical office is a necessity and believe me, hanging up and being rude to patients, is not very professional. Not very happy with the young girl who answers the phone. WILL be discussing this when and IF I continue seeing this doctor.
