I would like to express my gratitude to Dr.Richard Hayes for his focused attention and high professional skills. I am certainly recommend him as a good MD.10/12/2021Olga N.
Really want to like this place as a primary care because it's close and Dr..Hayes is GREAT. If you're looking for friendly and consistent experiences this definitely isn't the place.
After reading the negative reviews I was very apprehensive about what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. From the receptionist to the assistant to the dr, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The waiting room was set to social distance and was very clean. I went for a basic physical and although the results were not what I wanted to hear I felt the dr took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.
Fast service and very through service. Clean facility. Tomisha NP is such a knowledgeable and pleasant provider; the front desk workers are so pleasant as well.
Always the worst medical care. Why is this place even here.
I love coming to this office. It is by the river and I feel very peaceful. The staff is friendly and they are great for my basic medical needs. They also have made sure to direct me to the right doctors if I have concerns as well as directed me to do everything to get well and stay healthy, well, and happy!
I had an awesome experience!! I called to make an appointment and was able to make an appointment for the same day. I was seen within minutes, once I arrived. Everyone was very nice and patient, and fulfilled all of my medical needs. The Nurse practitioner was the most professional and very thorough with my needs. The Nurse assistant, was also nice and communicated everything with a smile. I hate that I’m just now finding out about this location!! I’m definitely going back!:) Thank you all so much:) And to top it off I was able to pick up my medication from Joy’s pharmacy which was steps away. She was also very nice and informative.
Difficult to schedule, frequent rescheduling requested on their part, and long wait times. The NP is very restricted in what she will do. They've lost my labs before so I had to miss work a second time to have them redrawn. Very impersonal. Their website states that they take walk ins yet you'll wait a month to get an appointment. It's not worth the location convenience, go else where.
Used to be good. I called today for an annual physical and they refused saying that only the NP does physicals, but you have to be her primary patient. The doctor doesn't even do annual physicals, instead that told me to go to my OBGYN. This makes no sense, as my OBGYN doesn't do all the things needed. Terrible service, terrible care terrible practice of medicine.
I have to provide proof of several tests and shots for my medical job each year. These tests are offered for a fixed price (usually $25-35), Harbor Health WAs $50 but close to home so I foolishly ignored the negative reviews. After being given what i one was incorrect information about the reading of the test, they made me wait an excessive amount of time for a simple glance. Now, i find out they Billed my insurance company $254 for what walk in clinics do for a fixed rate. Even better, my insurance didn't cover it and they've sent me to collections. The phone rep said i have to speak with the doctor who coded the test incorrectly. What a scam.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
