Regional One Health's Online Review Report Card

The women at the front desk are very rude there is no way the should be in any kind of healthcare field I had been going there my whole life and now that my kids go there its just a disgrace they lack proper manners, they are loud and country,and they even talk about their patients there is no way these people are lying on these women every review I have read so far say the exact same thing and i will call corporate myself to personally get them fired because there is no way they should act like that especially with being in healthcare field.

Clean friendly staff

I always get ATTITUDE from the younger female at the desk (Connie?)!! The older lady is USUALLY more personable. However, I'm NOT PLEASED with that new Doctor (Rangaswami). She's not very cordial and she refused to give me my medication that I've been on for years. She changed it to what she prefers me to take. It doesn't work for me! I'm not pleased with it, and will let her know that when I go back.Since the prior review, things have changed QUITE A BIT❗ The Connie person wasn't supposed to be at the desk anyway. She works in the back, actually in the Clinic. Didn't know that because she was always sitting up front behind the desk. She actually something like a Nurse's Aid or maybe a Nurse (IDK). And NOW the older lady at the front desk has an issue and an attitude. I KNOW the rules... If you're 15 minutes late you have to reschedule. I was only 5 minutes late and I had called and told her. But she told several lies to them and me... including telling me the Doc said she WOULDN'T see me, and then she TRIED to get me to reschedule. She even lied to the ppl in the back and told them my appt was for 9 but it was actually for 11:15. I had noticed that she was changing over a period of time but NEVER thought she would do something like that❗I wasn't having it in 2020 so I called the Head Office at RegionalOne and they called the Clinic, then called me back and told me they would see me. SMH

Horrible place. Rude, no compassion for the patients. The doctor tells you what she wants you to know, instead of the patient talking about what’s going on with their body. The doctor talks and laughs with the MA’s about patients and their conditions. No connectivity whatsoever...

This is not good.

It is soo sad the way the staff treat you. You shouldn't be disrespected in a health care place. Its sad because your only option is to deal with it.

The overweight ladies at the front desk ALL need to be fired. They have the worst attitudes ever. I guess what can you expect from a clinic in the hood. There were NO doctors there. Why even be open? This place is a joke.

Went and saw "Doctor" Garnett miller about a referral to a heart doctor and a pain clinic, after calling and making trips up there for 5 months they had no record of me needing a heart doctor yet they prescribed me heart meds, and the pain clinic is not seeing new patients i really feel like they don't care if i die when i told them that they said nothing that's fine because actions speak louder than words anyway

I have been coming everyday for the last week as a walk in. Ive been first in line and the rude fat red lady with the moles in her face. at the desk still tells me i cant be seen. I witnessesed them making fun of patients. Being extremely rude to the ederly. And getting attitude with everyone who steps to the desk. The ladys at the frount desk are rude with very horrible attitudes. Very unprofessional. Dr miller is amazing but guthire clinic needs a whole new frount desk.

The np Ramika Jones is super nice and very easy to get a long with so is all the other staff members
