They lost all of my medical records, going back 15 years. Then they acted like it was my problem and offered no help at all.
This place is all over the place.I have never been so dam dismissed about my health in my life.I have been seen by 4 different doctors in a year. All they do is type in your symptoms and say we will call you.The referral department never calls and when you call them about your referral, they act like you are interrupting their day.Who is Doctor Warren ? He is on my insurance card but never have I seen him and I ve been coming here 4 years.Nobody knows nothing. Can someone please tell me where is Laura Thompson? This lady was simply the best.Since she has left this place has not been the same.I am determined to find her and go where ever she is.
Ive been going to primary care with my kids..3 of them for years and years. Ive rarely had any real health issues or concerns to worry with or to be seen for above minor care and referral things. However..looking back ive found that they have genuinely not done anything at all for me. Ive had to always hound them for the referral information thats at times taken over a month..sometimes more..and at times they dont answer the telephone now and send the call to a messenger where you leave a message and never hear anything back. Ive been treatwd like a 5 year old..talked down to and because of my mental disability status and the fact they are aware of the medications im on when i have a problem they dont want to deal with that moment they tell me to contact my psychiatrist instead of taking my health seriously. I see my psychiatrist every 3 months and theonce yearly. Ive been told my pain was a panic attack by 1 doc and bryshed off and pretty much laughed at..and more recwntly twice told to contact the psychiatrist because obvioysly i cant be taken at my word. I think i may have an auto immune disease or potentially skin cancer or somethink but i had to ask for my own referral from their referral dept. Then their dermatologist after i have already sen 4 doctors sends me home on antibiotucs and tells me not to pick my scabs. Im im not 5 years old. I am 48 and i have a pretty decent iq..i wont brag but i know not to pick scabs and am quite in control of myself but they act as if im completly out of control makibg holes in my body and doing this damage to nyself somehow. Im looking for a new doctor for me and my child now. Im not going to continue being treated like that then get passed a sheet of paper at the end of the appt with a new appt for a pap smear on it every time i come to the office for this condition when shes not taking this serioysly. Theyve list all my trust and i dont want them between my legs or in my insurance funds
I've been going here for years, but have never seen a Doctor, its always a PCP I tried being patience with the clinic, but when , Laura Thompson left, I've seen 3 different PCP. Who dosen't care about my health. I'm a human being not you all kinny pig. People at this clinic don't care about other people's health. They are not treating me at all for half of the sickness I have going on .if you Love yourself, more, Please go somewhere else. I'm leaving. No Thank you for your no Service
been a patient 4 years. nurse practitioner Cox-berryhill makes sure I maintain my overall health and does everything by the books to ensure safety. My first physician bc I didn’t understand why I was not feeling well for several years was Laura Thompson and she really helped me get back on track mentally and physically. Whenever I need to reach anyone for anything in this office I can always count on Mark to get it taken care of and notify me of the status in a flash. I’ve also seen dr savage who diagnosed my problem right away and got me all fixed up after seeing several minor med doctors at 2 different clinics after hours didn’t help me. Thankful for this place
I have been a patient for about a year and nothing but problems since then. This clinic can NEVER get my medication correct. One time I called to ask about my prescriptions and they didn't even have the one that I need the most in their computer system! I'm at Walgreens right now because my primary care provider keeps sending a refill for the wrong type of medication. I have explained to this provider countless times that this particular one causes a bad reaction but they continue to get it wrong! Mark, one of the phone reps, is the one I mostly get when I call and he can be subjective and dismissive. I have remained a patient because I don't want to have to change providers during this pandemic and it is nearby so there is no long commute. But, I do not recommend this doctor's office at all. They just cannot get my medication right. This has happened a few times and it is always an inconvenience and very frustrating. Again, I do not recommend this location. I even spoke with one of the supervisors and I am still having the same issues.
Excellent. I loved the cleaniness especially.
Been going there for yrs. And never had a problem there just direct and to the point.i like that
Just so rude when answering the phone i will be change dr and i haven't in been yet

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
