Shame on those who chose to work in the Medical Field with rotten attitudes and down right mean spirits! What is their goal...To inflict as much pain on another human being as possible? Where is that "Good Old Southern Hospitality?"FYI: This is a general message for ALL involved in the Medical Field and not just Reginal One. WE the people must confront this "counter-productive" behavior from ALL of them! Memphis has the Good, the Bad and the Ugly in the Medical Profession. Problem is...There are just too many Bad and Ugly (behaviors) from doctors, nurses, techs, receptionist, etc. I pray every time I enter a door!
I've always had a good experience..
Train your staff to be professional and respect patient’s time.
I had a loved one in this hospital recently. She was in a serious car accident. With a lot of broken bones. I’m not impressed with them at all! When we called to speak to nurses they were so uncaring you could here it in their voices and vague! I had to literally pull info out of them! She did not get bathed for a week after she had been there! Then we asked them to and they wiped her down with wipes. She has bones that have to heal on their on. Nothing to drink except water! My mother asked them to clean the room because it was nasty. They came in emptied the trash and swept the room. Nothing else! Not exceptable! Where’s the accountability at this place? The female nurses were the worst! One nurse I will say he was a male nurse named Zach he was very nice! Thank you Zach! This place needs a major overhaul! They’ve been desensitized!! I would never want another loved one there!
Lady in drive is extremely andvi mean extremely slow. She works like she doesn't care.
My mom is in the ED Now and has been there since yesterday morning!! and none of the nurses or staff will help her with anything!! Also they will not let my dad or any of the children come it and help her. She has a broken back and can’t do anything for herself. She asked one nurse to help her with the sheet, the nurse looked and said it’s fine and walked away leaving my 74 year old mom, with a broken back to do it herself!!! IF YOU WONT TALE CARE OF HER!!! Let’s us come in and do so!!!😡😡😡
Had appointment with Urology, Dr Wake's office. Best practices, very professional and personable staff! Beautiful office too!
1.Internal medicine and OB/GYN is horrible.1. My husband needed a form completed by Dr Land. It was sent 2 weeks ago. Apparently the Dr. resigned and husband was never informed. The new doctor never called nor signed firm. So now apparently we need an appt but they are prob booking 3 weeks as was my appt. (see below). This is the 3rd time a form was not signed because it was "lost". There is no excuse for the negligence and incompetence from this office.2. I was in the ER and the doc wanted me to see PCP 2-3 days. The earliest was in 3 weeks. When I made the appt the doc was floored it was so late.3. Pharmacy is the bomb! Cannot say enuf of head pharmacist who has helped above and beyond the call of duty. Techs are patient with my inquiries.4. Rheumatology Dr. Raza is amazing. He is caring and concerned, trying every medication to rid me of psoriasis.5. Stay away from OB\GYN. Period! Did not allow tool to cool and burned me.
I gave birth there 2/18/21 and started induction 2/17 I stayed until 2/20. I loved all the nurses, lactation consultants, my midwives, the pediatricians, doctors, and staff at my birth and discharge they are godsends. They were so kind and sweet. They helped bring my baby boy into the world and took good care of me postpartum. 😊💖
I had upper jaw surgery here. This hospital was ill prepared to handle my care post op. The nurses couldn't even properly ice my face. They didn't care that I was having problems urinating. They didn't care to clean the caked blood off my face. They kept my wife with panic disorder away from me freaking out for 10 hours while I was in recovery. Only let her see me for 1 hour when I was moved to a room. I was not a needy patient, but when I did need something they were not eager to help. I needed a CPAP, told me they were going to get one, never got it. it was so stressful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
