List of Regional One Health's Reviews
My GOD. My COVID fight was made sooo much more difficult due to the staff here. The nurses didn't follow drs orders if they didn't want to. They were disrespectful know it alls. NO COMPASSION. It was a nightmare. If you can avoid Region One do so. Being in this hospital was torture. I expected nurse Rached to walk in at anytime. There's a nurse named Josh that is an EXTRAORDINARILY cruel person. The motto on their entry way should be 'Abandon all hope all ye who enter here.'
The worst experience working in a hospital I could ever imagine. The trauma acute care manager needs to be fired and the Human Resources department might as well not exist because they are just as corrupt. Corrupt is the best way I know how to describe the management at this hospital. Money hungry and not caring. They stole money from me and they are impossible to gain any sort of grievance with in any department. Do not work here
The hospital management and professionalism are the worst. Workers don't receive yearly cost of living, must use PTO for holidays and take your daily VItamin C because becoming sick is not permitted. The Director and Manager over the Outpatient Service Clerks and PAS are not fair. They promote the worst of personalities and behavior and bully the quite spoken for their enjoyment. Gossip, clicks,. Outdated working conditions and work supplies are limited. There should be more cultural diversity of employees geared towards the community that they serve. You'd expect a to be clean and santiary...this is not the case. This is my personal review. If, you like to take chances on being part of this hospital group. God Speed.
I spent 22 days between the trauma step down unit and rehabilitation unit. I was injured at home and because it was considered a trauma, I was transported to Regional One. The facility is obviously old, but the service and attention to detail was fantastic. The quality of care was very good. I cannot say enough about the staff. I am home now, still recovering but feeling very grateful for my care.
I was very happy with the care my sister received from the doctors and nurses. I was angry about the way we were treated by the social worker named Bonnye Griffin. She lied to my family several different times. She said the nursing facility we requested her to apply to on our behalf had been bought out by Diverscare and they had not. She said we were denied by the nursing facility in Senatobia only to find out they never received a request. She was rude and pushed us to make decisions without time to explore our options. A person who should be an advocate for the patient should not be lying in order to send a patient to a facility the hospital may have an agreement with.
This was our 4th baby, and by far the worse experience ever! Thankfully our baby came out healthy and my wife healthy... the only good thing about the hospital is the nurses and the doctor who delivered the baby. Dr Santa Cruz... Jackie was our labor and delivery nurse, she was great, along with a few other nurses!!! When my wife got moved to her birthing room they made me go get a new visitors pass (meanwhile) my wife was in active labor and had the baby within 3 hours of getting there. I go get the pass and they made me wait 15 mins to get back to where my wife was, I walked into the room half expecting my wife to have had the baby with out me there! But I find that my wife was in a panic, alone, contracting and crying.... the cleanliness of the hospital is absolutely embarrassing... the floors of the rooms were filthy, I was scared to even set our bags on the floor. The furniture was broken and very uncomfortable... when we finally got to our post birth room on the 3rd floor. there was water damage on the walls, dust covering the blinds, and mind you I didn't even go looking for the dirtiness... we were afraid we were going to end up with a respiratory illness from this experience! Not to mention, the cockroaches in the shower, My wife didn't even want to take a shower... the food, every meal they gave my wife was terrible and cold. We ended up ordering from door dash almost every meal... (spending more than what we planned)... I am just beyond thankful that my wife and baby are healthy and we are home... in the words of my wife "when we had our 3rd baby at st Francis that was like having the baby at the Hilton, but this experience was like having the baby at a cabin in the woods!" Keep in mind... I never complain or review anything, but I downloaded this app just to post this review! One more thing.... when I was on the elevator to go to star bucks (which was a life savor) another visitor on the elevator with me looked up at the lights in the elevator and asked "are those bugs in the ceiling?!" And I said "yes they are" and her exact words "I need to get the hell off this thing".....seriously so embarrassing
Worst example of old world healthcare I've ever seen. I'm in the industry and they say "you can see the patient once they are through screening". #oldworldstandards
New employee. For the most part I like it. I've had one stare frm an employee that seemed prejudice but I wont let her ignorance alter my opinion. Working in a good area and have a Director that doesn't micro manage. One thing I find a little Gross is how the clinical staff (female nurses, patient service clerks, evs workers) were these big wigs, weaves, long nails, multi colored hair, extra tight uniforms) which looks hookerish, unprofessional and desperate. So, sad. But, hey I'm not there for them...im there to do a honest days work, have respect for the patients and go home. Oh, and the building is Xtra old.
These docs and nurses are the best. Can't say enough good about the quality of care we've received.
Lady named Beverly at the pharmacy had a bad attitude. Sat on hold for 5 minutes just to see if a prescription was filled. So annoying and unprofessional. I wish i had kept my pill bottle so that I wouldn't have to talk to people at the front desk, and I could just refill with the automatic voice messenger on the phone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
