Good luck getting in touch with anyone. If you’re having issues don’t bother calling the triage nurse, no one will answer. Don’t try to contact a representative to get in touch with your doctor, the most they can do is send a request. You can tell that the quality of care is for the ones that can’t afford good insurance and therefore can’t afford decent care.

As a healthcare professional of over four decades, the largest fiasco of incompetence I have ever seen. Trying to find my urologist doctors office, and was sent to five floors, and left after an hour of trying. Did not see my lab appt and will report to my insurance company.

Wait times are super long. Had appointment at 1:15 p.m. Got here before time. Would not recommend. Especially if you have something to do afterwards. 😡🤦🏽♀️

Can't get anyone to return a phone call. Messages left for various nurses regarding getting an operation scheduled. Going on 8 messages left in 4 days. After a visit 2 weeks ago and zero communication.

They don't want to do they Job at all or want to work I think they need new workings because the people they have working for them now not good at all they all are very disrespectful and the doctors are liers as well the FBI need to go up there ASAP! If yu dnt want to work why will yu get the Job let someone who want to work I'm not asking for help I'm asking for help I'm asking yu to do your to do they job..

Excellent care when there; however, you can never get ANYONE on the phone. This is a maternal unit!!! It's quite disheartening and scary when your place of care is NEVER a phone call away.
