Saved my life I had a great staff of women to deliver my baby boy 11-10-2021

My GOD. My COVID fight was made sooo much more difficult due to the staff here. The nurses didn't follow drs orders if they didn't want to. They were disrespectful know it alls. NO COMPASSION. It was a nightmare. If you can avoid Region One do so. Being in this hospital was torture. I expected nurse Rached to walk in at anytime. There's a nurse named Josh that is an EXTRAORDINARILY cruel person. The motto on their entry way should be 'Abandon all hope all ye who enter here.'

Train your staff to be professional and respect patient’s time.

I had a loved one in this hospital recently. She was in a serious car accident. With a lot of broken bones. I’m not impressed with them at all! When we called to speak to nurses they were so uncaring you could here it in their voices and vague! I had to literally pull info out of them! She did not get bathed for a week after she had been there! Then we asked them to and they wiped her down with wipes. She has bones that have to heal on their on. Nothing to drink except water! My mother asked them to clean the room because it was nasty. They came in emptied the trash and swept the room. Nothing else! Not exceptable! Where’s the accountability at this place? The female nurses were the worst! One nurse I will say he was a male nurse named Zach he was very nice! Thank you Zach! This place needs a major overhaul! They’ve been desensitized!! I would never want another loved one there!

When I arrived at 6:30 because I Had an appointment for 7 Am for a c-section they told me I wasn't on their list, They finally figured things a little after about 8amThey don't even check on their patient. At 2:30 pm Told me I would be in the OR in an HR and it's been almost 4 hrs and No nurse has even let me know anything or checked up on me. Still here waiting so I called for a nurse and they said They'd have one come in and Still no nurse. What a shocker. Now I'm sitting here wondering if I even want to have my child here. They seem to not care about their patients. And their communication is horrible... I would rate it 0 stars. But the least they allow is 1 star.

The worst experience working in a hospital I could ever imagine. The trauma acute care manager needs to be fired and the Human Resources department might as well not exist because they are just as corrupt. Corrupt is the best way I know how to describe the management at this hospital. Money hungry and not caring. They stole money from me and they are impossible to gain any sort of grievance with in any department. Do not work here

My mom is in the ED Now and has been there since yesterday morning!! and none of the nurses or staff will help her with anything!! Also they will not let my dad or any of the children come it and help her. She has a broken back and can’t do anything for herself. She asked one nurse to help her with the sheet, the nurse looked and said it’s fine and walked away leaving my 74 year old mom, with a broken back to do it herself!!! IF YOU WONT TALE CARE OF HER!!! Let’s us come in and do so!!!😡😡😡

Loved the staff that helped deliver my baby boy 2/18/21

The hospital management and professionalism are the worst. Workers don't receive yearly cost of living, must use PTO for holidays and take your daily VItamin C because becoming sick is not permitted. The Director and Manager over the Outpatient Service Clerks and PAS are not fair. They promote the worst of personalities and behavior and bully the quite spoken for their enjoyment. Gossip, clicks,.  Outdated working conditions and work supplies are limited. There should be more cultural diversity of employees geared towards the community that they serve. You'd expect a  to be clean and santiary...this is not the case. This is my personal review. If, you like to take chances on being part of this hospital group. God Speed.

I gave birth there 2/18/21 and started induction 2/17 I stayed until 2/20. I loved all the nurses, lactation consultants, my midwives, the pediatricians, doctors, and staff at my birth and discharge they are godsends. They were so kind and sweet. They helped bring my baby boy into the world and took good care of me postpartum. 😊💖
