I’ve seen Dr Pillai since my MS diagnosis in 1999. She was satisfactory until now. I’m in the midst of getting the second year of a 2-year MS treatment and she is not being cooperative in supplying needed medical information to push the script through. It has been denied by insurance as they require certain paperwork to be submitted and she seems indifferent. I need to complete the second year of this two year course for my MS and future health. In this situation, I feel professionalism is non-existent. This is about someone’s life and well-being. What kind of a Dr blows this off? I’m at a loss as to what I can do to get my medication.

I waited 6 months for my appointment. I arrived at the appointed time pnly to fiind out that he sees patients on Tuesdays and Wednesdays instead of Mondays. No one contacted me about this change.

I was admitted to hospital after a month after receiving my MRI and seeing my Neurologist. I kept explaining to her my symptoms and she never addressed those concerns or stated that it could be because of an attack. So a couple weeks went by and I lost feelings even more and went to the hospital and they did the same test but expanded it to my lower extremities and found out that I was having an attack. They found lesions on my spine and neck. Once released back into the care of Dr. Pillai and staff didn't provide all documentation to the insurance so that they could approve the most effective treatment or medication. She instead just put another type of medicine in that has a higher risk of me losing my sight. She shows no concerns or sense of urgency about her patients.

Dr. Pillai is wonderful, but I do not like how Wesley has changed over the last few years. Ex. You can’t leave a message for the doctors or nurses anymore.

We were very impressed, the staff is efficient and caring, and Dr. Pillai was interested and thorough and spent time talking to us and asking appropriate questions.

Just to say Dr. Hoffman is amazing is an understatement. He is the best anyone with sleep apnea could ask for.

The doctor was wonderful and listened; however, the office staff is a mess. It has taken a month and numerous phone calls weekly to finally get a prescription refill because they could not send it in to the pharmacy correctly. It should not be this difficult to get a refill on a medicine that my mother takes.

The front office staff was quite pleasant & efficient. Dr. Pillai was patient, listened, & thoroughly explained what treatment she would be doing for me or recommending for me. She was knowledgeable & always provided multiple options for treatment. Unfortunately, I was never seen on time. I typically was seen an 1 1/2 after my appointment time. Also, her MA/nurse Amanda had poor communication skills. She failed to return phone calls and submit prescription refills repeatedly.
