Best Doctor for general medicine i ve ever had!!!! Google Maps puts it on the left building as u drive in it is building in the middle.
I was a patient for several years and my spouse a patient for more than a decade, up until May 2017. No problem with the doctor. However, due to insurance change, no treatment since May 2017. When compiling business billing records we discovered a small outstanding balance for which we'd never been billed. Not either billed or written off, just hanging there as if we were psychic. When researching this, I discovered that my spouse's name and birthdate had been merged (through negligence or fraud, still don't know) with another patient's who had a totally different social security number or who made one up as the initial digit was not even in use until 2011, and we were not newborns nor new citizens in 2011, so it's not ours. Apparently after speaking to 8 to 10 people in billing, this has to be resolved in person to great inconvenience. I also tried to call the MD office, not just the billing office, to alert them to this grievous error, since ID fraud is serious. They have decided that people can't leave voicemails but must leave calls live. I waited on hold 15 minutes 5 times over the last 2-3 weeks and have not even been able to leave a message about this very serious matter. Their liability potentional is huge.
Last spring went to dr. Jordan with neck pain and loss of range of motion. He told me I had a sinus headache. After six weeks I went to another doctor who suggested six weeks of pt and an MRI to find I had two degenerative discs. I was disappointed in his lack of care.
His stuff whoever answered my call is so rude and I was shocked!
Dr. Richard Jordan is very personable and listens to his patients. He talks with them and not at them. He is very knowledgeable in his field and carefully considers each individual's situation.
Wonderful doctor and staff.
I like Dr. Jordan himself, but I am beyond fed up with his office. I have been trying to refill a pretty important prescription for 9 days now, and his office will not return phone calls or faxes from me or the pharmacy. The office is closed from Friday at 10:30 am until Monday am, so I will have to wait for 3 more days to even try to reach anyone. I'm definitely switching to another practice. Don't even get me started on the FOX News blaring out of tv sets all over the waiting room and hallways.
I have been Dr Jordan's patient for 5 years. He is a good listener. He doesn't walk in the room with one hand on the door knob to leave like so many do. He is kind and considerate and always 100% on diagnosis. His nurse Rosemary is great and returns phone calls the same day. Very Pleased
Dr. Jordan is a great physician and one that I trust completely. However, his support staff leaves something to be desired.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
