Dr Robinson was very friendly, professional and he listened to what I had to say. He explained to me what was going on with my toe and how long it would take to see some results. He cut and filed my toenail perfect instead of jacking them up. I would recommend him to all my family and friends plus he was right in my area instead of driving cross town.

the lady who answers the phone seems slow. I had to hang up because she acted like my questions weren't specific. I asked her has a patient ever had an appointment. She wanted me to give her a specific date. What if I didn't have a date?. So you can't look up a patient under the patients name or DOB???? I asked her "does it say" that the patient ever had an appointment any day this year. Her response was "Does what say?" YOUR COMPUTER. YOUR APPOINTMENT LOG. THAT'S WHAT. ITS NOT A DIFFICULT QUESTION. I will never refer a patient here

If i could rate this place with 0 stars I would. I can't get pass the lady's horrible customer service skills that answered the phone. I was calling to make an appointment. But couldn't hear all of her greeting because she was coming through low toned on my end. So, I kept asking...did you say such and such. I trying to be clear on what she was telling me. The next thing i know, she was literally yelling at me on the phone. I asked my insurance provider for a doctor in my zipcode(Whitehaven). But it WILL NOT be this one. We work to hard to pay for this high insurance and I refuse to give my business to those that act as if they don't need it. I wonder how many potential patients this lady ran off? Patience is a virtue.
