I can't say enough about Dr. Desouza. She has a sooting presence, charming enthusiasm, and reassuring demeanor that immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel like you're being treated by an old friend who's eager to see you well. As a man, I was feeling very shy, as I've never been examined "down there" before and had to have some rather painful diagnostic exams due to an injury and was feeling quite nervous about the whole thing, but her professionalism and people skills made me feel instantly comfortable and reassured me that I was in excellent, very caring hands. She was the most attentive, informative, and compassionate doctor I have seen for anything in a very long time. I highly recommend her.

On Aptil 20, 2017 I had a kidney stone attack where I was treated at Methodist University Hospital. I underwent two invasive procedures, one on the 20th and the other on the 21st where Desouza failed to adquetly treat my kidney stone and I ended up with a temporary nephrostomy. During this two day evevt Desouza didnt have the decency as my attending physician to introduce herself to me and discuss with me personally the issues that were unfolding. All I got to see was incompetent residences.

She does not do check ups regularly, she rides the insurance, and she is sloppy!

Dr. Desouza is the best doctor I have ever been treated by, she also has excellent bedside manner. She's kind, knowledgable, compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. She has gone above and beyond her duties as just my urologist to make sure all my of my medical issues are being addressed. My other doctors who she stays in contact have all told me they are so impressed with the fact she calls them and initiative she takes. I highly highly recommend Dr Desouza!
