The doctor visit was very good he explained my issue clearly but it appears his staff have a problem. Someone on his staff is to schedule my surgery and it's been just over two weeks and two phone calls and I have heard nothing about my surgery schedule.

Dr. Murrell got me an appointment within couple days. He did my spinal fusion,lumbar in 2011. Was having several problems and right off did some test. He is having me do a follow up appt couple weeks. He is a very considerate,concerned Dr. and he listens to his patients.

Dr. Murrell is rude! He didn't speak when he entered the room and didn't give any eye contact either as if he really didn't want to talk to me about my injury.

I was so relieved after I met Dr. Murrell. He zeroed in on my pain and the reason for it. Although the treatment may take a while I am confident that he will lead me skillfully.

Reached out to Dr. Murrell's office from out of the country - made arrangements to see because I had hurt my back. His office got me in, had a a quick session with him, had an MRI that same night, back in is office on Wednesday - Surgery the following Monday and on my way to healing. I found Dr. Murrell to be exactly what you need in a surgeon, succinct, explains the pros and cons the risks and rewards and then he did what he said he was going to do. I am still recovering, which is as he explained and I expected. From a surgical perspective - I have no complaints or issues, his manner and approach was spot on.
