Dr. Verzeosa has always been my favorite of all my doctors. And I have several. He always listens and explains everything very well. He takes the time to really tell you what is going on. My initial complaint was not with him but the office staff. While in the past they have always been very pleasant, in the past year I've noticed some changes in the way they handle some things. After waiting for two hours the front desk says you don’t have an appointment. We figured they were running behind. Then she said oh your appointment was at 10:30. Never had she told us any of this until we asked. My uncle is 89 and had to wait to long. Their afternoon appointments came in they begin to take them. When I asked they said he was at lunch. Rudest office staff ever. Never will go back even though my uncle has been going to him over 35 years. We left at 1:30 without seeing the dr.

Good doctor. Staff very hard to deal with. My meds were shipped to office in July and I was never notified. When I called to inquire yesterday (August 8) I was told only 2/3 of the meds were left as one box had been given as "samples" to another patient.I believe I'll never see the rest of the prescription because I can't get anyone to talk to me.

Dr. Verzosa is a very nice person. He has been my primary care doctor for several years. He understands diversity, and he makes me feel important as his patient. He cares about me physically, and emotionally. I have never experienced a doctor like him. He is very knowledgeable, and honest. My dear Mom passed, which left me in deep grief. By the time I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I had gained a lot of weight, and my blood pressure was high. Dr. Verzosa first, ensured I didn't panic, secondly, he addressed my weight, and thirdly, he shared how to get back on track. Because Dr. Verzosa showed genuine care for me, I was motivated to manage my grief better, and to care for myself. That very day, I left Dr. Verzosa's office with a renewed spirit, and hope, that life would get better after losing Mom to Heaven. I am more physically active, I changed my meal plan, and I am managing my grief. I am definitely more health conscious. I am indebted to God, and Dr. Verzosa.

I appreciate Dr Verzosa. He is the "tough love" I need to do things I've been resistant to. I need that sort of relationship with the members of my medical team. His staff is also incredibly responsive and thorough.

I found Dr Verzosa and staff refreshingly honest with me.

Wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients.

This group of doctors really care about their patients. You are not just a number with them.

Dr. Verzosa was my fathers doctor, my mothers doctor and now my husband's doctor . We keep him in our family. He is kind compassionate and goes out of his way to make his patients feel at ease.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever had he is rude disrespectful and has no regard towards the health of his patients I was still very very sick when he decided to discharge me from the hospital which resulted in me having to come back to the hospital the next day and be readmitted also had an infection which he refused to give me antibiotics for in my opinion and I suggest everybody go to a different doctor who is better at treating their patients with better bedside manner and more compassion because this man and none of either
