Lied & Overbilled Office lied about the surgeries they offer and overbilled me after telling me the truth in office. Would avoid this office at all costs.

Very Happy with Dr. Hammond I'm not really understanding the negative reviews but I suppose for every negative review there are probably 10 positive ones. I recently had a breast reduction and lift with Dr. Hammond and I was very satisfied with her thoroughness. Yes, sometimes the post-op appointments felt somewhat rushed, but she was very thorough and asked several times each appointment if I had any more questions. I felt like she cared, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone.

So thankful for Dr. Hammond & staff of PSG of Memphis! Dr. Hammond listened and addressed every question/ concern and put me at ease. She is extremely skilled and took great care of me!

Parted ways Dr Hammond is not a punctual Dr. Both visits she was 45 minutes late to appointments and office staff indicated that this was not unusual. She also suggested an antibiotic and took all day to send it after an early morning appointment while adjusting the code fo the procedure so that the facility called and said it would be more. I called a number of times to try and get the prescription filled and at the end of the day received a call from the Dr stating its best to find someone else as she couldn't meet my expectations. The practice also hold your appointment hostage until you prepay 2 weeks in advance without any breakdown on the payment. Dr Hammond's bedside manner is also something that is lacking.

Horrible experience. Doctor was 45 minutes late for every appointment. Poor bedside manner. Staff mocked her for being late. Doctor second guessed surgical oncologist and ahe was not in the OR.
