Worst injection ever and terrible bedside manner and attitude.

Gave me way more injection than I’ve ever received and my lip was lopsided and I couldn’t smile and everyone noticed bc not only was it lopsided, but i talked funny. She took no responsibility and said that it happens and there was nothing she could do. Which would have been ( MAYBE) easier to take if she were nice about it. She has the worst bedside manner and she was downright RUDE! I wish I could post pics because its Bad!

I had a lipoma removed by Dr. Hammond in the office. For one, she would not let my wife come back with me. I was very nervous Considering I had never had a procedure done before. It was just her and her assistant in the room. They started whispering at one point during the procedure and I asked “is everything okay”, hoping someone can try to talk to me and ease my mind on what was happening. Her only response was “I need you to stop talking or I am going to have to close you up and take you to the OR”. Very abruptly said. Then later I started to feel very nauseous and like I was going to throw up, I proceeded to tell them “hey I’m not feeling good I think I am about to throw up” which her assistant said “well go ahead then”. No bedside manner whatsoever. I was more nervous as the procedure went on than I was walking in due to how I was treated by them. I would NOT recommend Dr. Hammond at all to anyone. She definitely needs to work on her bedside manner.

Always friendly and professional! Any/all concerns always addressed and confirmed that I understand. I would recommend Dr Hammond to anyone. Not always the case with all doctors. Pleased to have her as my doctor!

From beginning to end ... the experience was exceptional. Not only was/is Dr. Hammond the BEST, so is her staff. Everyone seemed as if they genuinely cared no matter how many questions or concerns you had.

Awesome staff and Dr. Hammond was a fantastic surgeon. She was very patient with me going through a mastectomy and reconstruction. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hammond and crew were amazing. I had two surgeries last year to remove excess skin from dramatic weight loss. If I had issues or questions, I could call or email anytime, and they were always patient and helpful and comforting (because I was slick freaking out a few times!). 10/10. Recommend.

My experience here was fantastic! I had a bilateral mastectomy. Dr hammond and her team are amazing. I always walked in with a smile and excited for each appointment. I was taken great care of and well informed. I still talk great things of her whenever i show my chest.

The best doctor and staff I have ever seen. I feel in love with those people, Dr. Hammond has such a sweet spirit. Her assistant Jasmine is the best, so informative on telling you what u need and don’t need. I give Sarah Hammond a 10 and her staff a 10
