He will not give you pain meds before surgery no matter how much pain your in and only a few prescriptions afterwards regardless of how long it takes you to heal. He will refer you out, but he’ll make that money cutting you open though...about 32k...but he’s work is good so you have to find pain relief elsewhere until surgery and thereafter if you want him to operate.🤔

Dr. Salaam is unfair doctor. He is not compassion with his patient. He did a total knee replacement on me. He dont like giving you pain meds. I am 54 years old never been on drugs in my life. However, I was in pain after the procedure for a long time. I was taking off of physical therapy. So he didnt have to prescribe me pain meds. After surgery the first time PT enter my room. He notice my feet was laying to the side. I was told by Dr. Salaam that it would eventually go back straight. I am 5 months after surgery still can not put all my weight on this knee and I'm walking on the side of my feet. I was told I had to return to duty. I work in a security environment and no cains allowed. Now I have been with my company 23 years. I'm not in a rush to go back to work. I want to be 100 percent well. Well sure enough he is making return to duty. I dont know what to do. I want to obtain a lawyer and sue. Hes not compassionate to what I going thru. I literally cannot walk on this knee. I wouldnt recommend Dr. Salaam to know one. He couldn't work on my dog. Just sad how he treats his African Americans patient.

Performed a surgery on my husband's arm, incision was neat and healed quickly with very minimal scaring. We had several post surgery office visits and his team is just as professional courteous and nice. The front desk coordinator Saundra is especially great...always has a beautiful welcoming smile and really pleasant attitude no matter what time of day you go and the entire staff has wonderful phone manners and etiquette. I would recommend Dr Sharif and his staff to anyone.

My son went to several doctors no one could find the problem. My son kept saying his forearm was hurting him for a year. Doc took the time and listen then he repair my son forearm, my son been playing basketball ever since. Thank you so much:)
