Let me first say that when I first came to Integrated Addiction Care (Memphis, TN) I was terrified, and I had nothing. I was a single young woman pregnant with my first child. I had tried every other avenue possible to help with my drug dependency which had lasted for over 10 years. Every person is different and there are several wonderful programs that save lives, but for me I needed something different. I had lost hope, but all I truly wanted was to be my true self again and be a mother to a baby that I have always wanted. I called IAC and had an appointment by the next day. When I first went in I was anxious, shaky and feeling sick. Immediately I was greeted with kindness. When I first met with the doctor I finally felt like a doctor understood my situation. I did not feel judged nor did I feel rushed to speak. That day the doctor started me on the care that I needed. When the time came for the birth of my son a doctor from IAC came up to my hospital to make sure I received the correct medications and support. He even came to visit me after my son was born to check on me. Over the next year and a half I went to my appointments. I would even bring my little son with me. The nurses were always so sweet and helpful. I really began to feel at home each time I came to my appointment. It was as if I was greeting friends when I would come through the door. They were always very professional but with kind hearts… truly wanting to help me. The doctors and all staff are amazing. It has been almost 6 months since I completed my treatment with IAC. My son just had his 2nd birthday party. My parents and sister’s family are now back in my life and a huge part of helping me move forward. I am now married and about to move into my own home. God used IAC in a mighty way to bring me back to sanity when I should be dead. I can say without a doubt that without first my relationship with Jesus and the help from IAC I would not be where I am today. Thank you, IAC. If you feel lost and hopeless don’t give up. This guy calls himself a doctor, I keep forgetting I'm in a red state these so-called doctors;an pharmaceutical people don't want to give you the meds you need for your day to day survival I've never experienced that this need to be looked into why he cancel my prescription what kind of treatment plan is that these people don't care about your well-being just your ability to pay

He has bigoted practices and targets minorities and falsely accuses them of crimes that are not true nor the definition of his slander. He only has WHITE MALE COUNSELORS BUT HE IS TAKING FEDERAL FUNDS PAID IN BY TAXPAYERS OF EVERY SKIN COLOR. HE SENDS NURSES IN ON PMINORITY PATIENTS URINE SCREENS AND NOT HIS CAUCASIAN PATIENTS THAT WENT AHEAD OF ME. HIS STAFF LIES AND HE TURNS A BLIND EYE AS LONG AS IT IS AGAINST A MINORITY. HE HAD ONE TOKEN MINORITY TO KEEP AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AT BAY.THE OFFICE LIES ABOUT CALLING PRESCRIPTIONS AND GETS MAD WHEN THE PHARMACY TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM NEVER CALLING ANY PHARMACY WITHIN THAT CHAIN FRANCHISE. ESPECIALLY IF IT IS A MINORITY THAT CAUGHT HIS STAFF IN A LIE. It clear that systemic racism is the norm from the demeanor of the staff and the Two minority women he has employed to do his bidding without being sued and uit is abuse of his authority on minorities

Dr. Hamm is not only knowledgeable & qualified as an addiction medicine specialist. He genuinely cares. He has an excellent bedside manner. He takes time to hear what I have to say & really, really cares. I recommend him highly. He is working with a specialist who is prescribing a potentially addictive medication to me for a very disabling condition. I went to see Dr. Hamm specifically to consult with him on how to approach the specialist. I know that I am building a strong team of doctors to address my issues which include addiction. Please see Dr. Hamm if you want a compassionate, caring doctor who knows what he’s doing.
