Ad says he wants an "eye tech" and wants to pay them $8.50-10.00/hour. Most ophthalmic technicians get paid twice that amount. You can make more than that at Wal-Mart or McDonald's. Hours: 20-30 per week. Don't even want to give someone a full time job. Please pay people what they are worth. This is someone's career and livelihood, not their after school job to make extra $$.

The front desk staff needs to be trained Dr. Kriger himself receives the highest rating but the front desk staff receives a very low or negative rating for the way my elderly parent was treated on our last visit. We arrived n had a pleasant exam with the Dr. But upon leaving we were called to front desk and told we had a past due balance. I asked for an invoice to compare to checks that were already written n mailed ( because there had been recent delays with the postal service). I was loudly told "we cant give u an invoice today but u have to pay right now!" I replied we dont have our check book with us but we will mail the payment later. Again loudly desk personal yelled " Dont u have a credit card because u have to pay now" . Every patient in the office attention was focused on us because of the office personal screaming at us. I felt threaten as if we may be forced to stay there until payment made. We were being treated as if we had stolen something . My parent has been a patient of this Dr. for over 20 years and has always paid their account. I work in Accounting and I know how billing works. I know past due accounts may cause a hold and services being with held but in this case upon arrival we were not told to pay before services could be received and expected billing to be later billed. Finally we were allowed to leave and I later mailed the payment ( $150 or less). Billing is a part of visiting a Dr. But the front desk staff was very unprofessional. I had planned to start using this Dr. myself but after this experience I changed my mind. The front desk worker who was so rued needs to be fired. Its the black female with the short hairdo.I want list her name.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kriger. I have been seeing him for the past 6 years and have never had a bad experience. The way the professional office staff schedules appointments results in low wait times and short overall visits. Dr. Kriger is very personable and seems to truly understand the importance of building good rapport and relationships with his patients. He takes his time with his exams and to answer questions; i have never felt rushed. He makes sure I fully understand everything that is going on with my eyes and make me well aware of my options. As long as he's around, I won't be going anywhere else.

Dr Kriger is the best! He is patient, kind and always helpful! His office staff is awesome, too!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sidney Kriger since 2006. Dr. Kriger was highly recommended to me. I was not disappointed. He is the best. His staff are very helpful and friendly. Appointments are easily made. All my family now see Dr. Kriger for their eye care.

The staff are very courteous and professional. Dr. Kriger explains thoroughly any procedures that will be performed....excellent service given. Always ?? and very friendly.

DR .Sidney Kriger did a fantastic job on my left eye .The eye was 20-400 now 20 -40 . I am very pleased with DR.Kriger and his staff .

I have been going to Dr. Kriger for my eye exams ever since I the 1990s. You get seen by him and he spends a good deal of time with you. Also, he is very knowledgeable and can answer your questions.
