I was satisfied with my care! Staff is friendly and patient.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They always seem to be in a good humorous mood while still focusing on their job. I think Dr Sas is an excellent doctor. He will listen and genuinely cares about helping you. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

If I could give -10 stars I would. I went to this place for a few visits. The nurse practitioner Elizabeth was amazing. Was supposed to have my kidney stone’s busted up in both sides. I called and called and never got a call back. Went to the er several time’s due to the pain. I spoke with a Dr Donete or however you spell his name. He was so rude! Said I didn’t have any stone’s on the CT that was taken but yet the last 4-5 scans showed every stone.Even the ultrasound that was done in the office a week before. I asked him how did they disappear out of nowhere because I know I didn’t pass 6-8 stone’s. I asked him to look at the other scans I have had. Of course he didn’t even care to do that. I kept asking him to explain to me how the stone’s could be gone all of a sudden. He kept using medical terminology that I had never heard of. I asked him and to please explain everything so I could understand what he was talking about. He got extremely rude and didn’t want to talk about anything else anymore. He spoke over me pretty much the entire phone call. He said he was going to write my NP a note stating there was no stones and no need for surgery. When there clearly were stone’s. Towards the end of the call he did say, you do have stone’s but you should be able to pass them without being in pain. I then asked him if he ever had a kidney stone. He never answered my question. I told him he can’t tell me if I’m not going to be in pain from the stone’s nor tell me that I would be able to pass them. I told him I have dealt with kidney stone’s for year’s and I know how my body reacts to them. Of course he replied with another smart remark. When I was about to ask him a question, he said is this phone call over? Are we done talking? Then hung up on me. Beware of this place and that doctor!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!!

read this review & do your research thoroughly. it could save a life.. my father was referred to this office by his primary physician in April after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic. His symptoms included dry mouth and frequent urination. They prescribed Janumet for 30 days to manage his glucose levels and monitor it's effect. He lost about 12 pounds, changed his diet immediately and began to exercise daily in the meantime. Felt much better and looked much better. When he returned to his follow up appt his glucose levels dropped tremendously but A1C levels increased. It's found in urine & is a common indication of prostate cancer. In May he went to this office for an appt w/ Dr.Saslawsky who suggested a biopsy to collect tissue samples and determine if cancer was present. The "biopsy"(which is actual surgery) was done Tuesday June 22. He was put under, tissue collected & instructed to return the following day to have a catheter removed. (a flag to me but he was following instructions) Weds June 23 immediately after the removal he felt a huge relief. Was active in his garden, went to work etc. Thursday June 24 he felt uncomfortable & looked very dehydrated. He was not able to control his bladder properly & had trouble having a BM. (another flag for me as the same urine retention is a direct complication from biopsy's) My father was 64 with no pre existing conditions aside from glaucoma & passed on Friday June 25. His results from the urologist came back the following week with a positive low grade cancer in a small area of the prostate. He was facing 2 totally different & new prognosis that were not even responsible for his sudden death. He could have had a chance to actually fight both as they were caught early. It's been 3 weeks & his death certificate has not been signed w/ probable cause. It's unfortunate but common for doctors to be overwhelmed, back logged from Covid, or even negligent but after seeing the other reviews about this practice I'm numb. I wish my family had a chance at due diligence.

Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience. After visiting them and being rushed out with a prescription, I have called 4 times and left 4 voicemails with no return call. I stated on the voicemail that the issue had gotten worse and more painful and they didn’t even have the decency to return my calls. I couldn’t imagine being a doctors office, taking an oath, and just completely dismissing that and a patient in need. Please avoid this clinic at all costs if possible.

If I could give a -10 stars I would. Went to one of their drs for a 2nd opinion as I was having major complications from prostate surgery earlier in year from another urologist at s different clinic. This Dr threw me and my wife out of the exam room in middle of visit for no reason at all. I ultimately decided to leave my original urologist due to lack of confidence in him. Baptist Referral Service referred me to Southeast Urology but the head Dr refused to accept me as a patient because I went back to original urologist after the 2nd opinion. Do they not realize that a lot of people return to the original Dr if the 2nd opinion is the same as the original one. Not to mention the 2nd opinion Dr rudely threw me out in the middle of the exam.and today, November 26, 2020,, they had the gall to send me a "final notice" for a balance of $2.75. I have already made it clear to the office manager I will not be paying that balance.

Well Dr donato already knows I have multiple kidney stones on each side. he didn't write me a prescription at my appointment because I wasn't feeling like I had any pain at the time but I asked him to write me one because of all the kidney stones that I have currently. He refused to write me a prescription for any kind of pain medication and once again refused when I called him a month later and told him that I was having pain. I have been an excruciating pain unable to work out or even move quickly while I have had this kidney stone in the center of my stomach. last time I went to go get an x-ray for this type of pain he told me he didn't see anything and that sometime the spinal column was in the way of him being able to see my bladder and see if there was a kidney stone there. so basically what he was saying I don't believe that you're actually in pain and I'm not going to write your prescription for pain medication despite the fact that I know you have all these stones. They wanted me to come back and have another appointment to try and see if there was one in my system rather than writing me a prescription and being done with it. The problem there is that last time I went to go get an x-ray he told me he didn't see anything and then I passed another 2 ml kidney stone last time and I'm sitting here in pain again and I think this one is bigger and I still can't get a prescription for pain medication I've never ran into someone who is this hungry to get their $150 for the appointment just to turn you away and tell you that you're fine and they don't really care whether or not you are okay or not. Not real sure what's up with the office ladies in there either they don't even always sign you up for your x-ray before your next appointment they just forget and they don't call you oh yeah and one of them lied to me last time and told me that my x-ray was set up and I went down to diagnostic imaging and they didn't have any record of me supposed to show up. The whole operation is downtrodden.

I just had an appointment today at 1030 I checked in at 1040. I was told at 1113am that I am late so I cannot be seen. When I explained I was only 10 minutes later the white women said you been here this whole time. I am just leaving after speaking with the office manager and still never got an apology instead they where trying to make see a nurse practitioner and I said no and walked out. Funny how the white woman who had a 1pm appointment got worked in at 1045. But the African American patient myself was 10mins late to hers but then forced to wait 30 minutes and they attended to this white woman during my 30 minute wait to be told I was late and couldn't see dr donato. Racist!

The nurse told me in front of doctor that she will call me back on the same day I saw doctor. It took a week. Then I asked about my xray schedule and some procedures need to be done, but they told me it was not on my charts. They will check and call me back. After a month, they still NEVER call me!!! It costs me real bad infection!!! And then they sent me bills for the lab work that I didn't get until after I had to see another doctor for my bad infection!!! My kidney is still hurting for what they did!!!! I am going to find me another doctor and will NOT recommend them!!!!
