My husband has spinal stenosis. The arthritis is in his neck, back, and now in his hips. He stays in pain, but Dr Hauser has done everything he can to help him avoid surgery because of his uncontrollable diabetes, and the risk of not healing properly. I appreciate that Dr Hauser works to find solutions, before rushing directly into surgery. Nice guy, very easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

My experience couldn't have been better! Office visits are never rushed. He made sure that I understood every aspect of my diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. He is extremely thorough and professional. Very pleasant atmosphere and many friendly faces at the Primacy location

I saw Dr Hauser in Memphis TN back sometime who is a very good Dr . If you have an insurance that pays the bill but leaves 40 dollars or less his staff will call you , write you and if they call you you have to pay it right there and then, you can not bring it in on your next appointment because you wont get one , You can never speak to the doctor and the women are very nasty, treat senior citizens like nobody. If this is how they run their business I rather change doctor.

My experience with Dr. Houser has been very positive. He explains test results thoroughly and outlines exactly what treatment options are available. He by far has the best office presence of any of the orthopedic doctors that I have seen-I never felt rushed with my questions and Dr Houser remembers what was discussed from previous visits. His competence is evident from his training and reviews from other patients and other physicians. But most of all, I appreciate the respect and care he shows during consultations, after surgery, and follow-up appointments. He is a fine person and doctor.

Dr Hauser took the time to listen and explain my condition to me. The doctor’s office returned my call when I had additional symptoms. Dr. Houser promptly address my concern. I highly recommend Dr Houser as a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
