This was my first using the OrthoSouth team, I did have a cancellation a day or two prior from the Dr. I had selected for care but the OrthoSouth team was quick to let me know and find me another appointment that met my needs/time restrictions. The facility in Bartlett was very nice and the check-in process was smooth. I was seen in a very reasonable amount of time and there was very little delay once I was back in the exam rooms. I had x-rays and an evaluation and Dr. Waggoner gave me a few treatment options that started with getting the pain under control and then working with the in-house PT team to strengthen the around my injury. As I continue care I am confident that if needed, OrthoSouth will be able to meet my care needs and get me back to full strength so I can keep doing the activities that energize me.
Doctor Wagoner always does a great job . He’s courteous and listens to what you have to say.
Great service.
While Dr. Waggoner is an excellent doctor, I’m annoyed by the repeated requests for me to complete the surveys I habitually ignore. Here’s a tip: if I haven’t filled out the survey, don’t send another one! Or another one after that!
Professional, attention to details. Alleviated my pain! Thankful for the care I received.
Dr. Waggoner is very kind and takes the time to listen. He is highly skilled yet able to explain medical information in a way that is easy to understand.
Made an appointment to see Dr W for a foot problem. 1) Was never seen by the MD. Was instead seen by a PA 2) PA prescribed Rx and suggested a few other items to calm symptoms and help heal. Was told things should get better in 4-5 days. It’s 8 days since I was seen, and my symptoms are worse. I now will be getting a 2nd opinion (not at OrthoSouth) 3) Was at front desk for 9:15 appt at 8:45 (as advised to be 30 mins prior), but wasn’t seen (by the PA) until 10:35. Just a couple of questions: 1) My Rx shows the MD as the prescriber, although the PA inputed the Rx on his iPad in front of me. Is that ok? 2) is there a provision for a refund of my charges as I am getting worse? Overall terrible experience - primarily because I am getting worse. Will not be going to OrthoSouth ever again.
3 month follow up after full knee replacement, x-rays and in-depth questions on my knee, overall health, etc. Checked on my range of motion, strength, any issues, and discussed moving forward without PT and back to a normal life. Both doctor and PT clinic available to answer questions and assist. Very good visit.
Follow up visit 6 weeks after surgery, included x-rays. Dr. said everything looked good, the incision healed well, and answered a number of questions.
Everyone is friendly, in and out was convenient, and she has new equipment! This has probably been the best experience at orthopedic I've ever had. They are friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer a lot of questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
