This is the second appointment that I had with Dr F Mcgrew that I waited 2 hours and still dd not see him. I was told he gets there at 11am, my appointment was at 11 am, he was not there, almost 2hours and no one could tell me we he could see me. They last time 2 hours after my appointment I was 8 in line to be seen. This is criminal. Everybody’s time Is valuable. The worst part, try won’t let me change to another doctor because of their policy. There are too many cardiologist in Memphis to put up with this rudeness.

Been with Sr. Samaha since 1999. Had major heart attack, triple bypass, on 3rd pacemaker. I am here because of him, Dr. Lan, Betty and Nila. Precious group of caring folks. My family.

Confused, why I all of a sudden having so many problem with Amy, doesn't call me back, 2 mo. Ago nor now, did I do something to pass her off, lab sent her a urgent email to call me, 2 days ago, still waiting.last visit got a email to do a review on them, has something happened? Amy was argumentative last time I talked to her, what's up!!! Some one should call me back it's my life we're talking about.

Horrible. Johnson makes his heart patients wait for 3 + hours for a regular exam in the waiting room. No consideration for the elderly, no consideration for their care givers.

I came in for my doctor appointment ( Dr. Zafaullah) and because two of my medications changed to a different brand and I didn't know the new name of them them, they said that the doctor could not see me. Regardless of my time my gas in getting there. I have several doctors where I have gone too and did not have all names of prescription and they have never refused to see me for such pettiness. This was a waste of my time. Will be looking for new doctor. Sad, sad, sad 😔 . Will make sure they do not bill my insurance.

Wow the staff at stern clinic at 6027 Walnut grove are awesome especially latoya they are so polite and professional they make you feel at home very comfortable environment smiling faces the whole time we were there keep up the good work wish i could give you 6 stars our visit today was wonderful hats off to the stern clinic at 6027 walnut grove .love all yall professional and smiling faces

You can never get any help from the nurse, you receive a phone number on your first visit, but no one ever answers the phone. If you miss their call back, be prepared to wait several more days until you get a response. Patients are not the priority here.
