I've been seeing Dr. Richey for many years now. I first went to him with major issues...I was a mess. It took about two years to get some serious progress and in the last around 6 years I have tried to see him in a regular basis or if anything pops up and I need him. From just a regular visit because it's been a while to the day after a car crash, Dr. Richey always does a great job at finding a way to fit me in. Thank you!
I began my treatment with Dr. Richey 6 months ago, and before that I had received traditional chiropractic care for about 20 years. Although I did benefit from traditional care, I got to a point where I was not being helped to get out of the pain that I found myself in. An x-ray showed that I had mild scoliosis, but my chiropractor at the time was not able to help me with this particular condition. I thought that scoliosis was something that only children and adolescents have, and was not aware that it can affect adults even if they have never been previously diagnosed with it. I began to do some online research to find a chiropractor who specializes in scoliosis care, and I am so glad that I did! My pain level has greatly decreased, and I am moving with a degree of grace and ease that I have not seen in myself for quite awhile. The other day I went to pick something up off of the floor and my son said, "Wow Mom! You did that so easily!". As any of you with back problems know, it affects everything that you do. I am so grateful for Dr. Richey. He not only practices very effective treatments for a multitude of back issues, but he is also a kind and caring man who feels like a friend.
I am 68 years old and I have visited my share of chiropractors. Dr. Richey, without question, is the best ever. At the beginning of summer I came almost crawling on all fours in severe pain to Dr. Richey. He spent a significant of time to analyze my complex condition. He took an extensive set of x-rays (which were not expensive) and then explained to me the issues I faced. I am no longer in pain but more importantly he is working diligently to restore the proper curvature of my spine and it is working! I am standing up straighter and I feel so much better --- both mentally and physically. If you are looking for a doctor who knows his stuff and cares about his patients then Dr. Richey is the one!
Dr. Richey continues to provide professional, competent, and caring service for regular adjustments and urgent, unexpected situations. What a relief to have him as my go-to chiropractor to help keep up my quality of life. Thanks, Dr. Richey!
I came to see Dr Richey because of a friends recommendation. I have been dealing with sciatica. He is much more then a chiropractor. He did exrays and confirmed my spine is really bent. My doctor 5 years ago told me I had scoliosis, they never suggested any care. Eventually I would be bent to the right. Not a pretty site. He runs on time and the process is doable. I'm excited . Also I was told by my foot dr. I had a neuroma in my right foot. I told him I injured it by stretching a yoga foot stretch. He suggested orthotics, Doctor Richey Did a maneuver on my foot and it bends and no difficulty walking.Don't hesitate, call for a consul.Ellie B
My recent back issues had me crawling in with agony and after a few weeks later, Dr. Michael Richey's plan of treatment definitely worked and had me back on the ice and running again.I really admired his knowledge and level of expertise. His treatment also involves educating his patients about their pain.In a good way I hope I won't have see him soon. I highly recommend his services.
Well I've been going to Dr Richey for about a year and a half or so, I am an ex fighter and I did so for quite a long time,my hands were hurting all the time my posture was horrible and I took a lot of abuse! But with the help of Dr Richey Chiropractics, I feel like my body has gone back to not hurting as much as it used to! Thank you Dr Richey, I would highly suggest anybody for this method of chiropractics Dr Richey is one of the best!!
Thank goodness we found Dr. Richey! My husband and I will sometimes get bad neck or back pains from twisting something, heavy lifting or after waking up in an awkward position and Dr. Richey usually fixes it right up and he's pretty flexible that he'll let us walk in without an appointment sometimes!! In the past, my husband has tried acupuncture but he never gets the pain relief from that like he does in chiropractic adjustments (he also loves the cracking noise... Weird!) Anyway, Living Well has been so wonderful that even when my husband calls in late with excruciating pain after they close, Dr. Richey has been known to wait and help us out. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Richey's chiropractic YouTube channel soon!
I have been helped with hip, back, shoulder, and even sinus problems. Highly recommend Dr. Richey and even hitting my driver 20 yards longer. Thanks
I've been a patient of Dr. Richey's for the past 6 years. Prior to seeing Dr. Richey regularly, I suffered from back, neck, and shoulder pain on a regular basis. I had learned to live with the discomfort and to assume it was normal. I was referred to Living Well Chiropractic by a friend who was a patient and who swore by the results he and his wife had both experienced from Dr. Richey's care. After taking x-rays of my neck and spine, Dr. Richey and I discussed my treatment options and began working together through the long-term spinal restoration process, which included weekly adjustments, in-office and at-home traction. It was truly mind-boggling to me when we took the next set of x-rays months later and I saw the comparison to my original spine; the changes that had taken place were undeniable (not to mention I was out of pain for the first time in my memory)!Once we had reached my ideal spinal position and agreed that I would come in for appointments less often, I went about my life as usual for quite some time. That was, of course, until I was involved in a bad car accident. I was rear ended on the freeway, with the car behind me going approximately 65-70 miles per hour. Needless to say, Dr. Richey was one of the first calls I made after that accident. We set up an appointment for that very afternoon -- one of the many reasons I love being a patient at Living Well Chiropractic is his flexible schedule and willingness to see me whenever I need him! We took x-rays again that day and found that my spine had reverted to a position very closely resembling what I had started with before my treatment with Dr. Richey. I suffered from whiplash, severe neck pain, and headaches, none of which are uncommon after a rear end collision. On the day of my accident, I had a very gentle adjustment and was sent home with instructions to ice my injuries and to come back to see him twice more that week. With a continued treatment program, we were able to mobilize my neck, get my spine back to its pre-accident condition much more quickly than with the first round of treatment, and I found myself living pain-free once again. I tell you this story as a fellow patient, not as a specialist, a doctor, or a salesperson. In my experience, the personalized care I received from Dr. Richey at Living Well Chiropractic had a huge influence on my overall health and wellness, and it certainly sped up my recovery after my car accident. Rather than going straight home to lay in bed and try not to move at all (as would've been my instinct after the accident), I decided to go to the person who had relieved my pain regularly for years and who I trusted completely with my health. I have never once regretted the decision to make Living Well Chiropractic a part of my health and wellness maintenance routine -- in fact, I can't imagine where I'd be today without it!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
