Just had my baby here yesterday. I've had a wonderful experience from the nurses, to doctor, to anesthesiologist, etc. With COVID going on, these staff members are working together and hard to take care of patients. They've been so nice. I enjoyed my stay here!

LABOR AND DELIVERY + POSTPARTUM: Wow. What more can I say. My wife and I spent 5 days at St. Francis - Memphis for the birth of our first child. The labor and delivery floor staff was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Every single nurse (especially Caitlin on the labor and delivery floor and Sanika, Lanie, and Carrie on the postpartum floor) were loving, caring, and MORE than accommodating. The labor and delivery room was comfortable and offered plenty of space for all our belongings. They were fast to get us in our room and fast to move us to the postpartum floor. The postpartum floor looks brand new. It’s INCREDIBLE. There are essentially two rooms with French doors attaching them. One room for mom and baby and another room for guest or for dad/mom to take a nap. We left them open and went between them and had MORE than enough space. It was a great experience. We will for sure have our next birth at St. Francis!! 749183748/10!

How can you allow a racist nurse to even help someone if that's how they are going to treat an asian lady who has had a heart attack. This is so wrong Leah Moore treated our mom like she has covid because she is an ASIAN. THIS IS NOT OK!! #STOPASIANHATE

They literally saved my life several times!! If not for the extreme competence of my doctor when delivering my oldest child, I would be dead! Love the hospital and the staff!

Im half and half with this place. The nurses and doctors I've dealt with were more than amazing for my surgery back in February 2021. and it might not be their fault but them and my insurance have gone back and forth for months and I've gotten billed a couple of times even after being told the morning of my surgery that I wouldn't have to pay anything else. So it's been a rollercoaster with the ordeal. Otherwise I am very happy with the care i received here.

I have to say the entire staff was tremendous. However I would like to thank Nikkie Spears RN,Tom Graves RN, and Amrita Butler RN that made my sister and I feel so comfortable that they will take good care of her. Hats off to this fantastic staff and I only wish there were more nurses like you. YOU GUYS ROCK!❤️🌹❤️

Every single person I came in contact with for my surgery was exceptional!! The entire staff from start to finish was so kind and knowledgeable. I specifically asked for them to write their names down so I could send my appreciation to the hospital for the outstanding staff they have. The names I was able to collect were: Michelle Potts, RN - Dr. Williams (Pre-op anesthesia) - Dr. David Patil - Camellia Lambert, RN - Tonya Tate, CST - Julius Dickerson, CSA, John Smoot, RN - Maria Williamson, RN - Lekisha Crutchfield, SDS Dr. Abdu did amazing in my surgery and I’m so thankful for everything he did and I know he wouldn’t have been able to had it not been for this amazing staff. I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I am truly so grateful for each and every one of you. I could not have asked for a better experience. What you guys do is SO important and I am so thankful!

When a person that has asthma and comes in wheezing, can barely breathe, give them some medicine first before you just send them on their way with the prescription. I could have passed out and they still wouldn't have gave me a breathing treatment. It makes no sense just ridiculous

Poor customer service, poor communication with patients family! Doctors really doesn’t care about their patients! The nurses in the icu unit was Great!!
