Clean, professional.

Wasted my time going here. Dr Henson took one look at the problem area on my skin (that is Highly inflamed, red, blistered that's caused ulcers on my skin) and says " I can't help you", 🤯 are you serious? My PCP referred me to see Doctor Henson because the PCP wanted me to have a biopsy of the problem area. This Doctor "can't help me" because my skin has caused an open ulcer and she thinks it's caused by pressure! So instead of helping me she referred me to a wound Doctor! The Wound Doctor wants me to see a Dermatologist so I can prevent anymore ulcers! This was a total waste of my time & waste of gas!

The receptionist working on 1/24/22 with a red bandanna on her head was very rude; lacks good customer service skills. I stood at the front desk to sign in for about 45 seconds; she did not acknowledge my presence. I lightly tapped on the plexiglass to get her attention, she held up her index finger and said I will be with you in one second, as if I was a bother to her in that moment. She returned to looking at an insurance card and tapping on the keyboard. She ignored me, the customer standing in front of her to tap on a keyboard. Once she finished tapping on the keyboard, she gave me paperwork to complete. No greeting/hello, how can I help you…nada. And this is the first person of contact at the facility. In walks another lady behind me of a different ethnicity and she happily greets her and asks how can I help you? I understand we all get busy at times on the job, but good customer service and competence are what it takes to sustain a business this day and age; every time, every customer. I have patronized this business for well over 3 years. Needless to say, I will not be back. I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars at an establishment where my presence as the customer is not acknowledged nor appreciated.

The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Henson is also very friendly. I only had to sit in the waiting room for about 3 minutes before they called me back. Once in the back it wasn’t very long before Doc came in. She took care of my issues and I was on my way. One of the very best experiences I have ever had in a Drs office. Most definitely recommend Dr. Henson and will continue to use her.

I am very glad Dr. Henson opens the last Friday of every month for patients who don’t have the insurance she accepts. She charges $40. I have called a lot of dermatologists, including her, for the past year trying to get an appointment and offer to pay cash, but none of them would see my grandson because of his Mississippi State insurance. I would think if the state decides a kid needs insurance they would at least make it work for dermatologists and all other doctors. She diagnosed his skin condition within minutes when no other doctor, even LeBonheur doctors did not know what it was and how to treat it. It is a shame that he had to suffer so long before a dermatologist would see him.

Saw Misty Moore many years ago to get a cyst removed from my calf and ended up with staphylococcus infection in my whole leg and wound up with a bad, wide scar. She is with another clinic now and they offered me an appointment with her and after all this time I remembered her name and am scheduling with someone else.

My husband asked me to leave this review on his behalf. He had a great experience! The staff were excellent, attentive and made him feel very welcome in the office. All of his questions and concerns were addressed. Thanks for providing such good care!

Can't comment on the medical service because they make it impossible to book an appointment. I have been trying for over a week to get an appointment. When you call, they don't answer. It goes directly to a voicemail and you have to wait for a call back that can take hours. The line doesn't sound busy, rather its just set up for you to leave a voice mail and get called back no matter what. If you're not able to answer, then you have to call back and leave another voicemail to get called back yet again. They have an online thing to fill out for appointment booking but never heard back either by phone nor email (did the process twice). I have never had such bad customer service from any doctor's office.

My wife felt the same as others very rushed and it was all about money(which she paid and insurance paid and they still have not refunded her money). Will definitely be looking for a more professional caring dermatologist group.
