Quickly checked in. Called to the exam room almost immediately Dr Giel & staff arrived very soon & began his plan of care for me swiftly. He answered all my questions & offered valuable medical advice for my issues. Spending all the time I needed understand. I was in my car in exactly an hour after my appointment time. Very well done! I always recommend ORTHOSOUTH & Dr. GIEL!!

I saw Dr Gill for the first time 2 years ago for shoulder replacement surgery. Initially I had post-op pain control issues. The pain control issues were addressed at my next post-op office visit. During the past two years I have seen Dr Gill and his PA Ginger numerous times for either follow-up from surgery or other shoulder problems. During each visit, the service has been excellent. Their office staff members are efficient in processing patients through the office system they have in place which decreases extra time waiting to be evaluated by Dr Gill and or Ginger. By following the processes they have shows me that they value my time as a patient just as much as their time as healthcare providers. Appointments have always been easy to schedule and time spent in the office from arrival to leaving has been minimal compared to some other MD office visits. Good job to all. Thank you for helping provide me care when needed!

Dr Giel did an excellent job in explaining the problem I was dealing with. He did not rush me and assured that he would be able to manage the problem I am having with my shoulder. I have complete confidence in him!
