Everyone was encouraging, efficient and professional. Dr Throckmorton and Dr Catalani asked if I had any questions and explained how their respective functions would be preformed. Both doctors very direct and straightforward in their demeanor.

Dr. Throckmorton quickly diagnosed the cause of my elbow pain and outlined a course of treatment. His physical exam was very thorough and he effectively communicated his findings and their implications regarding treatment. I plan to follow his instructions for Rx and physical therapy to address the problem he diagnosed. This was a totally positive visit with a hopefully positive outcome in the future.

For my most recent surgery, I saw Dr. Throckmorton pre surgery and at the surgery. Both interactions were satisfactory. My final discharge exam was rescheduled because Dr. Throckmorton had a conflict. At the rescheduled appointment, I waited exactly one hour before being led into an exam room, then I waited sixteen minutes to see Dr. Throckmorton's PA, whom I had seen for all other post-op appointments. I thought I would have a final consult with the surgeon before being discharged, but did not. The surgeries were successful based on my mobility and the way I feel. I cannot evaluate Campbell Clinic back office or physician interaction similarly. Having had surgery both pre and post new Campbell Clinic facilities, it seems to me that the emphasis is now upon running as many patients (clients) through 15-minute appointments as possible. Appointments are invariably delayed from the appointed time and patients rushed through their consults; however, gross income is probably up?
