List of Ulric D Duncan Md's Reviews
Everyone from the time I enter were very nice & professional & My wait time was not long. Dr. Duncan explained the outcome of my procedure and asked if I had any questions and concerns.
I was treated with respect and everyone was very professional.
Dr. Duncan and his staff were very professional yet able to put you at ease.I grade them an A+ Dr. Duncan had a consultation with me after the procedure and he took his time to explain and I didn’t feel rushed as I asked questions. He’s a caring doctor who I would highly recommend????
Not enough time with patients. Phones never being answered and when they r, no return call. Wait times are ridiculous. Hubby not happy. Researching to find another dr and possibly a nicer staff.
I have been experiencing issues with my liver for 3-4 months. After getting blood results from a General Practitioner, I was referred to this location (because it's the only place my insurance covers). It's an evangelical Christian's haven. There's constant yammering over a speaker system talking about "even though you feel lost, Jesus is still with you". I normally wouldn't care about this, considering it's the South and I can't walk 10 feet without stepping on a church. It'd help if the place at least did decent work, but I have visited 3 times and have learned nothing new other than "something" is wrong with my liver. They were supposed to check for Hepatitis C after my first visit, but they forgot. Their bedside manner is absolutely atrocious. I'm a young man, who before this, was relatively healthy. I feel like I am dying and nobody who can treat me even cares. But it's my only option. So I'm forced, because my family is too poor, to be left in the inept hands of this place.
Good, once you are finally seen.
Might be the worst practice I’ve ever been too! No one cares about you! After my procedure I called because I was confused about my medication that was on Thursday (my fever was 101.4, I called again on Friday finally Monday I called three times and finally got someone to talk to me only to find out they gave me a medicine that I’m allergic to it would’ve been nice to know that the very first day I called But nobody ever calls you back! stay very far away from this place! They are so understaffed expect to wait a few hours for your appointment and if you’re having a procedure expect to be there all day my last procedure was at 10:30 they didn’t even call my name till 1:00 and then after that I still waited! You are just your birthdate at that place not an individual person!
My husband is a patient with Dr. Duncan and I am extremely happy with everything that he & his staff do for him. From the very 1st visit we felt at home and with each visit the relationship is more heart-warming. I trust Dr Duncan & his staff with my husband's health & would gladly recommend him.
after a year of being misdiagnosed with cancer and then diverticulisis by the clowns at gastro 1 and saint francis whom insisted that they must cut out my colon for me to live, I saw dr. Duncan. I explained my ordeal from day one of my illness and provided the list of medications I had been taking. he immediately saw it as SIBO and in 3 weeks I was cured. had it not ben for dr. Duncan, and dr. fox in Bartlett, I would probably be wearing a colostomy bag for the rest of my life.
Great experience!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
