We moved here to Tennessee from California, and I needed to see a good ENT Specialist. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Lim, to fill that requirement. She is a real pro in her field, and made me feel right at home. She listened to everything I had to share with her on my medical history. She asked good questions during our initial visit. She was informative on the most effective tests to determine our best course of treatment. She ordered the tests immediately, and they were done there on site. After reviewing all of the results with me, we decided together on a course of treatment. I was very impressed with both her training, and her common sense approach to patient care. A doctor's best resource, when dealing with patient health, is the patient themselves. She demonstrated that she not only knew that, but completely supported that idea. She would make a great mentor for younger doctor's in the future. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needed her specific specialty!

I had a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor that performed a septoplasty and it wen really well. When I went to them with an ear issue they quickly dismissed this and told me to basically, just live with it. In my first Visit to Dr. Lim she ran several tests and quickly diagnosed the issue. She showed a great level of concern with the issue and I am very grateful to have found her.

My wife and I have had great experiences with Dr. Lim. She has operated on both of our children. Excellent clinical skills, judgment, and bedside manner. Wholeheartedly recommend her for both adult and pediatric cases.

I saw the review about being terrible and I had to respond. My daughter had suffered from the time she was born with a runny nose and nothing multiple ENT Doctors did would fix the problem. They all just gave her Singular and nose spray and sent her on her way. When we saw Dr Lim on a recommendation from 3 others where she solved their nose problems she came up with the solution. She did a cat scan and recommended correcting 3 things in her nose structure. 1 of the procedures was relatively new. It is similar to Angioplasty. The surgery went exactly as planned and my daughter's nose hasn't dripped in nearly 7 years. I highly recommend her. I would not go anywhere else.

In my experience, Dr. Lim was a personable, caring, attentive Dr. unlike most that just rush in and rush out as they see 8 other patients at the same time. She, and her staff, actually listened and did all they could to make you comfortable and answered any questions until you understood the issue. My wife and I liked her so much, and she did so much for me, that we took our kids to see her (even though it was a long drive from Bartlett)! The best ENT doctor I've ever seen.

I have gone to Dr. Lim since I was about 11 until 25. I have a long history of ear problems and had 2 doctors before her and they just didn't compare. I felt very comfortable with her from the start and had no problems with any experience I had with her. Sadly I live in a different state now, but I would definitely recommend her.
