Never met anyone as disrespectful as this guy. He talks like everyone us below him doesn't give a shit about you or your love ones and writing prescriptions without thorough examination or even look at it. do not trust what he says and get a second opinion, it might save your life or your love one's. avoid this doctor at all cost.
They take in too many patients they can handle. You never get into your appointment on time. Parking is so hard to find as well and you may need to park down the neighborhood street sometimes.Receptionist was really rude and mean. She spoke to me in cantonese in a very demanding tone, like LOL. You guys should hire nicer receptionist who are younger. The ladies here are at least 50+ years old. I am going to be changing doctors.
The ladies in front the desk is so weird. Especially the oldest. My mom changed the Dr.Hai because it close to her house, but the first time she came, she didn't know everything, she asked the ladies in front of the desk. Nobody wanted to answer. We will change the Dr. Never come back . If they don't know how to police with patients. Why they don't quit the job. Nobody want to come because of them .
just like other people reviews, customer service here is not great.. front desk ladies are so rude.. especially the ones that talk to you on the phone! I heard she's the wife and mom of the doctors. so she doesn't really give a shit. Please do not take your parents here, if they don't give a shit about us, why are we wasting money on them and make them rich?
Father and son practice. Father has been in practice for many years/decades. Son is trying to continue in his footstep. He's also continuing his practice of being rude. My mom came to visit the other day, asked him some questions about maybe reducing the amount of meds taken everyday. He got all upset and answered in a very rude manner. Maybe when she reduces her meds it impacts their kickbacks from the pharmaceutical industry. Keep it up... the practice will not last long buddy!
The lady who picked up the phone was rude to my mom and I. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking her English wasn't good, but turns out, even in Vietnamese she's rude. I was trying to make an appointment as a new patient, but after the service I received, I don't think I'll ever come here. Going to change my PCP asap.
The duo doctors, father and son, provide for the needs of the Vietnamese speaking community. The father has been for a few decades and the son is following father 's footsteps. I truly hope that doctor son would (and should) improve the clerical/ front office staff. Most, if not all staff members are relatives or family members who either don't care, or have no concept about customer services. They treat patients depend on their mood of the day, and they reminds me of the attitude of the medical providers now in Vietnam.I stopped by at the office recently for a paperwork needed for my elderly mother, and I left in shock! Perhaps about 10 years from now when the older, first generation of Vietnamese patients are gone, doctor Father retired, the next generation who do not have the language need will obviously seek better customer services elsewhere. Doctor Son can be a fine, dedicated, American graduated doctor, but it is not enough to attract new and retain current patients, unless he trains his current staff. Or fire them all and hire new, professional staff.
Very overdue review but since this office popped up on my feed, here it is. Stay away from this place, especially if you have serious health issues. My mom almost DIED from being misdiagnosed here a few years ago. We should've sued this place. Don't expect to be seen at your scheduled time; it'll be at least 30 minutes wait. It seems like they book multiple people in each time slot or the time gap between each patient is way too short. The doctors (father and son), and receptionists aren't too friendly and seem very rushed. The office and its operations are very outdated. Please, just don't go here...
Badddd service. Im in the military and have tricare as insurance and i know that it is very difficult sometimes to accepting tricare so i called the office first. And was informed they take tricare but when i bring my baby there they was like we don't take tricare. I told them that they told me they accept tricare that why i come. They then give me a bad attitude even the doctor. So I end up left and look for another doctor. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Great doctor, very personable! Very informative with good bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
