Horrible experience. Scheduled first appointment expecting a consultation, did not realize they were expecting to do surgery that exact day. Rescheduled for another during a time that we unexpectedly had a soccer tournament to go to. Rescheduled one last time and entire family was positive for COVID. Called the office and explained, even offered proof of the positive results. Did not want to walk in and spread to anyone else. They did not care at all. Said they would not reschedule, even though we unexpectedly got COVID and did not want to walk in their office contagious. Completely inconsiderate. Spoke to Gabrielle and she said that Judy did not care. They would not be understanding and give us another appointment. Worse experience from a Dr office. You would think they would be a lot more understanding during a situation like this. I guess they preferred us not to say anything and attend the appointment getting everyone sick!

I thought he was very efficient. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was seen within 10min. He came into the room within 5 min. Over all I will give 4 1/2 stars

Dr. Rayford is a excellent doctor but the waiting period is bad. Waited 2 1/2 and they want you to continue to wait (NO, NO). Staff need training in scheduling patient appointments. Decided to go another doctor because of this. Also, this is not the first time it has happen.

My visit with Dr. Rayford was great. I was with my husband. Dr. Rayford is concerned about his patients. He goes far and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Dr. Rayford.

Dr. Rayford is a very kind and considered person. He talks with you, explains, and makes you feel very comfortable. He is highly recommended by me.

Dr. Rayford is the best doctor I have come in contact with. He is very concerned about his patients. Really takes the time to talk to you and explains things. When it comes to bedside manners, he is the best! I truly recommend him to the highest!

Dr. Walter Rayford is an excellent doctor. He is very patient and takes the time needed for question that you the patient are concerned about. His staff is very tentative and I grade them an A+. They are awesome.

Dr. Rayford is a great doctor. He is very concerned. and only want the best for the patient. He answered all of my questions and took the time with me that I needed to explain everything that I was concerned about. Not only is he awesome. His staff is excellent!
