The doctor is very calm and helpful. Only problem that I saw was that it was really tough to talk to him outside your visit. despite repeated calls the calls were not returned.

Arrived on-time for 2:30 pm appointment. I left after 3:40 pm without seeing him and requested return of my co-payment for visit. Ten days later still looking for refund and they tell me he only sends out refunds once a month. Does this happen often? He either has NO time management skills or has a disregard for patients. Either way, I won't be going back!

Dr. Jones has a genuine concern for his patients and takes the time with each one and addressing all concerns. Reminds me of my family doctor when I was a child.
