They should be ashamed of themselves recently in how they are handling a stage 4 patient . This family is near contacting counsel . Shame on West Clinic !!!!
Worse place ever! Dr Wellikoff bragged she’s an expert since she’s had cancer herself, yet she misdiagnosed my son and told him he was good. He died a month later!
Money hungry Demons. Do not go to this place. All these people are concerned with is money. Your money. This is a school. You are paying for Doctor care but you are getting student care. Beware of Cancer West. I went to Jackson for my health care and am very happy with Kirkland Cancer clinic.
We had a great experience here.. Dr Wellikoff was very nice and knowledgeable, Genell at the front desk and Trina in the blood taking area were also great with everything. Didn't have any issues and they were quite understanding and helpful.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL During the interview, the interviewer, Ruby, made several inappropriate comments and asked irrelevant questions related to my race and my background. These comments were not only unprofessional but also created a hostile environment and made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe I was discriminated against because of my race, which directly impacted the outcome of the interview. The interviewer's bias was evident throughout the conversation, and I was not given a fair opportunity to discuss my qualifications before I was judged for my outfit. I urge west cancer center to take immediate action to address this incident and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all candidates. This includes providing diversity and inclusion training to employees and taking appropriate disciplinary measures. To potential applicants, I advise exercising caution when applying to west cancer center Ensure you research the company's diversity and inclusion policies and are prepared to address any potential biases. I plan to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities and seek legal counsel to address this matter further.
Was a friendly place.
My Deceased Wife Received The Best Treatment During Her One Year Battle With Cancer. I'm Sure That My Now Mother In Law Will Also Be Recommended For Her Treatment At This Facility Due To Insurance Policy
This place is so welcoming and friendly. They also have personality 😁. Very nice people. The whole facility.💖
Two things. Actually three. If you can avoid this place do so with extreme prejudice. If you can’t avoid them always take someone with you. It may and likely will save your life. Three. Document everything. We’ve had two appointments that could not be completed because Dr. Martin is sick. Dr. Martin is out. Dr. Martin had to be rushed to the emergency room. Jenny ( Dr. Martins assistant ) said he is very sick. All that is understandable. Is there no one else who can tell us if my mom still has cancer or not ? Are we good for another year , two , five or ten ? No. Has to be Dr. Martin. Ridiculous. We just need a simple yes or no and anyone can tell us that right ? No. Dr. Martin couldn’t pick my mother out of lineup of two people and she couldn’t pick him out either. We just need this info to move on. We have lives to live. West TN has made its monthly nut off her insurance. Let us out of this ineffective, inefficient circle jerk. No. So on 3/20/24 Jenny (the assistant ) says she can set up a teledoc for Thursday (3/21/24) at 8:45am. That the person would not be Dr. Martin and would be able to tell us the results. Well guess what ? You’re going to laugh. No call!!! I got a text that morning for an inpatient visit - not teledoc. I call after giving them time to call me and the lady said - nope. That’s an inpatient link you should have gotten the telecdoc link. Which she then sent to me. She said I’ll have someone call you to make ANOTHER appointment . Guess what ? You got it. No call. So I call again to discover that they only do teledoc visits starting at 3pm only and there is one next week (another week-yyyahh) and that Dr Martin hasn’t been sick. Jenny did you lie to me ? This flies in the face of everything you’ve said. Five star treatment for patients already with nerves on end. Update 3/28/2024. Called the teledoc line at 3pm as instructed through the link. This morning I paid the copay and the steps asked to do before the 30m appointment. I was on video ( cell phone camera and mic open )hold from 3-5 pm. I called at 3:08pm and was told we see you in the video hold area. Dr. Martin will be right with you. Called at 3:38. Same thing. We see you. Someone will reach out. Called at 4:48 and the robo voice said they were closed. Held on the line to speak to Alex and she said someone will reach out. I asked is Dr. Martin real or is he A.I. and she swore he is/was real although she has never seen him herself. This place has EARNED zero stars.
I wanna say they are the worst place a patient could go to . My dad is one of their patients an he was supposed to have radiation. They still have not done it when he has another tumor .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
