I had an appendectomy on January 12 2022. Dr. William Dunavant introduced himself and informed me what was going to take place. He broke everything down like Barney style..not really, but really lol. He made me feel very comfortable, which made me put my mind at ease. He is a very nice person and really care about his patients! Everything turned out great, he is definitely the BEST! He is definitely the Tom Brady, or the Lebron James of surgery! My follow ups at his office was amazing! The front desk personnel, and the nurse practitioner welcomed with me with open arms. You will not be disappointed with his work, and if you don’t want your scar to look crazy, he is definitely the person to go to! His office is nice and clean! Thank you Dr. Dunavant and your staff for everything! May God continue to bless you all!

As a woman of color; I am always weary of doctors but Dr. Dunavant is amazing! I didn’t feel rushed or unheard. He explained everything to me. He was checked in on my. && his staff is great as well. Nurse Rick is genuine person and always kept an open line of communication with me! He was honest and showed real concern for me. He eased all my nerves and checked on me in my days following surgery. Definitely sending everyone I know in need of general surgery to him!

Dr. W David Dunnavant was amazing. Great bed side manner and we're caring. Had surgery 1 week ago, and no problems. Highly recommend him if you have surgery needs. Great staff.

Dr. Dunavant was very caring and gave my daughter excellent care with the removal of her gall bladder. He took extra precautions with her and really responded to her needs. I would definitely recommend him. He is a wonderful doctor.
