I love Christ Community. I recently moved to Memphis this year with my boyfriend. I was pregnant at the time and didn’t have a clinic I could go to. I was referred by my mother in law and I never looked back since. Every staff that works at this place are so helpful Sweet and understanding.

Needs better customer service. The lady that just made my appointment should be replaced. Making an appointment was like trying to order from a McDonalds around here. Absolutely horrible.

The OBGY doctors during the birthing process were amazing but the before care and after is terrible I wanted to get my tubes tired and i asked for this procedure months in advance and kept bringing it up I needed the surgery done right after my six weeks so I can return to work with in 8 weeks and now they tell me they are booked 😡 never knew about a form needing to be fill out or anything now I need to find a doctor to check me for me my 6 weeks check up and find someone to do my surgery

Though this place has its problems my doctor is very nice and professional. Sadly I can see why people rate this place so poorly. It’s southern health care. Tennessee is the 8th worse state in the nation for health care. Just wish places like this didn’t act like they are the worst.

I made my appointment one month prior. I called to confirm my appointment about a week before. I arrived 30 minutes early to account for registration as a new patient. Overall time spent about two hours and I was prepared for the wait. I brought any medical information I thought might be relevant during my appointment or information that would be important to note in my medical history. Every person I spoke to from check in to check out was polite and friendly including my doctor. The sliding scale program made this appointment affordable for me thank you

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for test results the nurse said would take 47 days I’ve called up there everyday this week and haven’t gotten any answers I feel that this is negligent to the community to wait so long to give such important information. It’s ridiculous how unprofessional and unorganized this experience has been.
