List of Xi L Jing Md's Reviews
Dr. Jing Li MD is very thorough and intuitive and I like her blend of Western and Eastern medicine.
I've been seeing Dr. Li and Dr. Chen for years and I don't know what I would do without them! I spent two years trying to have doctors in LA properly diagnose me, but no one could get it right. Dr. Li helped me diagnose and treat my adrenal disorder and has been helping me manage it ever since. Not only are they brilliant at what they do, but they are also kind and a joy to see.
Came to establish Dr. Li as my PCP with respect to her education as MD and in Eastern Medicine. She billed me for eczema, second trimester unspecified pregnancy related conditions, and hypothyroidism. I did not receive treatment nor did I take the time to meet her in person to be billed for something that was merely mentioned. I haven't had active eczema in years. I have a midwife. I don't need prenatal care. I shared a feeling that my thyroid may be under active. I have never been formally diagnosed. My insurance will not cover this incorrect bill. I clearly said I would follow whatever protocol needed to be established as a patient. Not for you to pick and chose what you want to bill me for. Her demeanor is masculine and interrogative. This visit was a waste of time. And your credentials are all hype. Don't fall for the facade. I'm waiting for this matter to be corrected before I update. Very distasteful billing practices.
Dr. Li has been the best primary doctor I've been treated by! I always gotten amazing care from her. She is so sincere and treated me with a whole person approach. I love how she takes into account eastern and western medicine too. I started seeing Dr. Chen as well for acupuncture and someone else there for physical therapy which really helped with my chronic back pain I experienced for over a decade. I really started practicing self-care since going there, and learned so much from everyone in terms of how to take care of myself better. Also, Dr. Li was very kind by continuously giving me discounted rates so I could regularly receive the acupuncture and physical therapy treatment that I needed to progress my health. Due to a combination of my insurance and hourly wage, it was hard for me to come as often as needed but she helped make that possible. I am forever grateful for everyone at that office!
I had tried so many holistic doctors, PT's, Chiro's over the years for chronic pain issues and was very happy to be recommended to Dr. Li, who practices both Eastern AND Western medicine. I find it to be an incredibly well rounded approach to medicine and treating patients. Dr. Li has been helping me get straight to the source of the pain and created an active strategy to reduce my symptoms. Acupuncture with Dr. Chen is incredible (he has a gift!) and my massages with Dr. Xiao are great. I bought the Chinese pillow they recommended and my neck pain reduced dramatically. We're still tackling the rest of the symptoms and am confident I'll get there with this incredible group of practitioners!
Dr. Li concentrates on your whole body wellness and use combination of eastern and western medicine targeted with individual approach of diet, supplements and lifestyle.
I had an initial consult with Dr. Li on 11/27/18. She told me about her credentials and seemed highly educated and experienced, so initially I trusted her. Overall, I am healthy but want acupuncture treatments for plantar fasciitis in my left foot, and generally for relaxation and maintaining good health. Under my insurance there are three categories she can charge: low, medium and high complexity Although I am not in extreme pain, Dr. Li charged my insurance $200 for an initial consult which is the most she can charge. Her staff also overcharged me for the deductible. Do not use this doctor. Although she seems highly competent, she is greedy and only seems to care about the money.
I have only seen Dr. Liang twice so far but she is very caring and she took time to explain things to me. The visit was not rushed. I will continue to see her for my back pain and would recommend her to my family and friends.
Our family has recently decided to (affectionately) call Dr. Li, "Dr. Sherlock". She's the only doctor who, on several occasions, uncovered and successfully dealt with the root cause of a number of health issues for both my daughter and myself, some of which were quite serious. Dr. Li is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, but also tenacious and relentless in finding the reason for the health issue and treating it, not masking it. Her approach and methods may take more time than typical physicians, but they are thorough, complete, long-lasting, and well worth it. Both Dr. Li and Dr. Chen are truly gifted in their disciplines. There are no words that could adequately express our gratitude for Dr. Li, Dr. Chen and the Integrative Medical Center support staff (Dipika, Ruth) - all of whom are exceptional people.
First I would like to say, I'm a very untrusting Person, I have seen a lot of Drs for My back, Dr Liang is a Very Compassionate, Understanding Dr. Who gives Her time to listen, She has never made me feel rushed or like the pain was just in my head. I really recommend Dr Liang for anyone needing injections. The World needs more Drs like Her. Sammy

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
